Elizabeth at Helzberg Diamonds was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in letting her know that’d we’d already purchased a diamond elsewhere and she still took the time to explain the difference in their diamonds and encouraged us to bring our diamond to her to look at!

We have been searching for a tennis bracelet for our God daughter's quinceañera. It had been a difficult search until we met Indra. We had just gotten off a cruise to Cozumel where multiple vendors tried to sell us fake jewelry for a "drastically" discounted price. Thankfully we did not allow ourselves to buy any of the fakes and waited until we got home. When we walked into Helzberg, Indra was like a beacon of hope. Her smile let me know she was there to help us. We found the exact bracelet we were looking for and Indra was able to get us a great deal. I will definitely be going back to Helzberg simply because Indra was so amazing!

One year later and totally different experience, we went in today to get my fiancee's ring cleaned, they started discussing wedding bands for both of us. The minute I decided I just wanted the rings only and no extended warranties the attitude changed and suddenly what we purchased was not getting any additional 15% off. The lady who helped us had a language barrier and didn't know what she was doing, kept us there until after closing. The manager and her nasty attitude became apparent because she kept asking about the extended warranties and now mentioned that sizing the wedding bands was not going to be free but instead a $99-139 charge as a way to force us to buy the warranties, between that and the additional discounts not being honored we decided to walk away and not purchase today and probably not ever again from this company. They need to understand how to treat customers, really left a bad taste in our mouth. Not the only show in town please remember that, as one customer service sales associate to another. Really disappointed

cathy was such amazing help, she was very nice and attentive. she helped us pick our engagement rings and stayed in our prize range and helped us look for the perfect fit, also got our life insurance for the rings which is definitely worth it.

On Friday, August 30, 2024, I walked into the store looking for a necklace. When I walked in, I was on my phone, but I did speak to the sales people and continued my conversation on the phone. My hope was to FIRST find what I was looking for and then end my conversation to proceed with the purchase. I placed my call on hold and asked one of the salespersons if they had a particular item, but before the lady could even respond, another lady says REALLY LOUD and VERY AGGRESSIVELY, "HERE'S THE THING, WE CAN'T SHOW YOU ANYTHING WHILE YOU'RE ON YOUR PHONE. I didn't catch her name...I'm assuming she was the manager...I was told someone by the name of Elizabeth is the manager of this location, but not sure if this person was her or not. I responded, "Well you CAN answer a simple question while I'm on my phone, right?" She responded, "Yes, but we can't SHOW you anything while you're on your phone for security reasons"..which was interesting because I never ASKED to be shown anything, I simply asked if there was a specific item in stock.
This entire exchange was very interesting to me that this person would be so loud and aggressive to a potential REPEAT customer. I"ve spent alot of money in this specific location over the years and to be treated the way I was uncouth and has solidified my decision to take my business elsewhere...which is exactly what I did...I went to Zales to make my purchase instead.
The uncouth person clearly needs further training in the area of customer service. I'll NEVER step foot in this store again and will be sure to tell others to stay away as well.

I have a necklace and bracelet set that has broken so many times I’ve lost count. I had it repaired several times. The first couple times I thought maybe I was being too rough. But after the third & fourth time, I was convinced the metal is just not good quality, so no matter how many times I get it repaired, it will continue to break in different places. All my jewelry is very sentimental to me so I’m really disappointed. Due to my experience, I asked if the entire chain & piece to my bracelet could just be replaced instead of repaired again and again. I am unsatisfied with their customer service. The only solution they offered me was to pay for the parts to be replaced, which would cost more than I originally paid for the jewelry in the first place.

Cathy and Edith provided phenomenal service! My girlfriend and I came here to shop for engagement rings and got great information about diamond characteristics and found the choice we wanted! I would recommend Helzberg to anyone who wants to get a high quality ring and diamond as well as excellent customer service.
