I love this community! It is so beautifal and always clean and well kept. Candise and Norma are just the sweetest and are always so helpful when I need anything. I would definently recomend this place.

halls are clean and community is quiet that’s all i look for, office staff (Candise and Norma) are very friendly and professional and recently there’s a new girl who is just as kind.
Haven is by far one of the nicest complexes i’ve lived in , set back from the busyness but also quick access to I-10 super convenient location

Been here 2 1/2 years now and we love it so far , the pool is a lot of fun and the gym is perfect for us. Sergio and the maintenance crew have been really good about fixing anything that needs to be fix really quick and also Norma and the management team really makes us feel welcome and always have special events for the children and families who live here

SERGIO IS THE BEST MAINTENANCE MAN IN TEXAS HE ALWAYS COME TO MY UNIT AND FIX WHATEVER PROBLEM WE MIGHT HAVE HIS STAFF IS ALSO AWESOME THEY KEEP THE PROPERTY SO CLEAN I GIVE THESE GUYS A HIGH FIVE ANYDAY!
