Parking pads next to fuel pumps a horribly filthy - muck from spit and dumping does not allow to walk on. Slippery, wet and contaminated waste are an obstacle to self service.

For the love of God, fix your pumps!!!! The hand held nozzle is meant to stay on so that you don't have to stand and hold it for 25 gallons of gas. So, husband refuses to fill his truck up at this location.

I'm an HEB fan. Love the yellow coupons and the scavenger hunt involved. I have fun shopping there and the Nelson Way location is my local favorite.

I use the delivery service because I’m disabled and can’t drive and 2 times I received meats and other cold items that were at room temperature. Also had yogurt that expired in June and it’s September! Today I had products that were cut open, leaking and I was missing eggs out of the carton. My delivery was exactly on time so I’m not understanding the reason for room temperature meats and yogurt. I don’t know if they are checking the products before they send them out or if they store them properly. This is extremely frustrating since I depend on the delivery service. Customer service fixed the issue last time and we will see what happens today. But this makes me want to shop elsewhere and hope it doesn’t happen there too. I know H-E-B prides themselves on their products and staff and customer care and support but this is getting ridiculous.
