Their curbside pickup has gone downhill. We placed a curbside order but when we picked it up, half the items were missing. Normal items like apples, oranges, bananas, onions, cereal etc. We tried calling curbside pickup several times but either no one answered or they would hang up on us. We tried submitting an online request but have not received a reply. I called the main store number and asked to speak to the store manager but they transferred me to a number that did not answer or have a voicemail. I called the main number back to ask if the manager could call me back but no would would answer the phone. After waiting for 10 minutes for some to answer the phone, I hung up. This store has the worst customer service.

I ordered delivery and left a note to go under any weighted items total so they didnt even acknowledge my note don't order delivery from this store they are crooks

Zero stars!!! they turned away my family, for ICE!! after a hurricane I am a pregnant woman as well! This was a very nasty horrible service! knowing that people have been affected with power outages including my family as well, and many more people, furthermore me and my family were trying to purchase just ice! horrible nasty customer service I will never come back to this location! This was once my favorite location to shop at, but after what me and my family just experience. I rather go elsewhere.

The parking lot is always flooded when it rains, and management ignores the issue.
Just following up: it's still an issue, management is aware of it, management doesn't care to fix it.

So normally I don’t post any negative reviews about our neighborhood grocery store but this one particular incident really made a negative impact on me. I was in the 15 items and less check out and I had 2 items. Anyways the cashier, a big guy name Devan I believe, that was ringing me out decided to take his time flirting with his coworker named valeria with curly reddish brown hair and glasses that was sucking her lollipop, they were ignoring me for a solid 5-10 minutes and all I wanted to do was get my 2 items of milk to go home to my family. After they were done flirting I gave him an impatient look and he got perturbed and started shoving my items in bag heavily and knocked it down on purpose. The items were only milk but I found it to be really aggressive and off putting. So unprofessional and now every time I go to the grocery store I will feel so uncomfortable and anxious about who is ringing me out.
