Not here to complain about the store but about the store clerk named Joseph S. this evening. I walked up with my 4 year old in the cart and my son said “can I get some buddy bucks?” He never acknowledged my son so my son kept asking and then the clerk said you’re going to have to ask me nicely. Then my son said please and the guy gave him 1 buddy buck! He was like you want it and I took it from him. Seriously! He was an asshole. He needs to be put in stocking or something else where he doesn’t have to talk to the customers with that kind of attitude. He wasn’t very nice to me either. I also had a coupon a lady had just given me for but 2 single meals and get a side free. He apparently couldn’t find it and said oh well and charged me full for all 3. This guy just ruined my evening with his rudeness.

Every time I come here for curbside they forget 1/2 my groceries. It has really gone downhill in the last few months. They also gave me a six pack of starbucks drinks with one of the bottles broken and mold growing that you could see without opening the package.

I was there today 10/15/24 a little after 6am. I left without purchasing anything because the lady refused to open her lane. I absolutely REFUSE to use self check out as I DO NOT WORK FOR HEB. UNTIL STORES OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR SELF CHECK OUT I WILL NOT USE IT. I STOPPED SHOPPING AT WALMART BECAUSE THEIR LANES ARE NOT STAFFED IN THE EARLY AM HOURS.

Curbside is a disaster. A complete and total disaster. The last visits at this location after checking in I’ve literally spent over an hour waiting for the two visits combined. And then they tried to gaslight me when I asked them for some assistance!! Thanks but no thanks. And they have very few curbside spots so expect to wait in line to get a curbside slot. I bet it’s faster if I ordered and picked up my curbside from Spring Green despite it being much farther. They’ve never kept me waiting like this.

Recently, the curb service is very bad. Thye had us wait 30 minutes, and missed items and rotten Strawberries. When we provided the feedback, the store manager is very harsh. Don't go this HEB

I was visiting my son in Fulshear, TX and he suggested I visit H-E-B.
OMG! They had everything and then some! Puts Walmart groceries to shame. My wife was 20.5 yrs with Walmart meat and produce. She was blown away. Wish we had one here in SW Iowa!
