I purchased some ancillary items from the shop and had a brief conversation with the employee or owner as the case may be. The shop has a much broader selection of parts and kits than any place I've been. Prices were what a knowledgeable individual could expect since it's a brick and mortar establishment with instantly available goods. They also have numerous deals available in the store such as clearance and overstock. The one star reviews are a reflection of the reviewer's "unique" perspective and not reflective of the establishment.

Do not recommend purchasing at this store. There is a single small sign saying no refunds or exchanges, so people are unlikely to realize there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind until you actually try to return something. The owner feels it is not his problem if there is something wrong with a product he sells, "I didn't make it, what can I do?" is literally what he said to me.
Very poor customer service, so many other places both locally and online that are a better value for your money.

I did say I did not like it, that part of the response is true. I also stated that I shot the crossbow 6 times, and that every time I shot it pieces of plastic broke off, which was why I did not like it. Something you conveniently left out.
And I did also state that there is a no refund and no exchange sign on the wall. Of course there is literally 100 other things on the wall as well, so if you aren't looking specifically for the sign odds are you are unlikely to see it.
I stand by what I said. He was rude when I asked about getting a refund, told me it was not his problem, and assured that I at least will never shop here again.

Great customer service! Very friendly! Went out of their way to accommodate me. Best tactical store in Houston (Katy). I was looking for a specific AR (Freedom Ordnance) and they were able to order it for me with a very fast turn around time. I look forward to buying all my guns and gun gear from them in the future. So for me not being from the area I found this shop on Google. When I walked through the door the gentleman was quick to help me. He took time and helped me find the right optic that would fit my handgun. I ended up purchasing an AR and 2 optics. The customer was service was great and these guys really helped me out finding what I needed at a good price. They have a great selection of firearms and accessories to meet your needs. I personally would highly recommend this store to anyone and I also will be back.

I've always had a positive experience with Unlimited. They do ALL my transfers and are very polite to their customers. They keep tons of parts, accessories and gear. These guys are a pleasure to deal with!!

Very rude ,poor customer service and the prices are very high than the average retail. There is a lot of cool gun stores in the area I would not recommend this one for you guys .
