My experience was horrible first she was a hour late then she scheduled 2 people at the same time she rushed through my install had glue everywhere and didn't do my wig like I showed her several times. I also sent her a picture. Never ever again I waste my time and my wig paid her 75.00 I told her I didn't like my hair. Left there and went paid 30.00 more to have it flat iron and the glue to come off had a sister hood event.

I’m new to Katy and I’ve been trying to locate someone who can retwist my locs so I found this salon on Booksy I was scheduled once and asked if I could come earlier this was around 10 pm and I had a11am appointment the next day so I didn’t see the request for a earlier time until 7 am the day of the appointment asking can I come in at 9 instead I confirmed yes and 30 minutes later the appointment was cancelled no explanation at all soooo I’m stupid I try and book again and this is what I get like a hour before my appointment as If the weather was bad all day I will never use this place again I was blessed to find someone who is very professional and allowed me to come in same day.. I know this morning the weather was bad but it’s nice and sunny out now I guess you closed your salon all day due to rain and tornado from the morning not professional at all I’m from Florida hurricane and flooding and all type of weather never experienced this I don’t do reviews especially bad but I won’t to save someone else from heartbreak

Showed up with my son for a 12:00 appointment. Dori had another client in her chair. I asked how long she needed to do my son's hair. We agreed I'd come back in two hours. I find out at 1:30 he's still not in her chair but he asks to please stay and wait because he wanted his hair done really bad. By 3:30 he STILL was just there waiting. Unacceptable and Extremely Rude and Unprofessional. She offered zero apology as well.
