Went to drop off some items, it was extremely hard to find the donation drop off center. When I went inside to ask someone I had to wait for 5-10mins for someone to come to the front and ask there where I could drop off everything. FYI: if you are dropping off, it’s on the right of the store. Sign is very small.

Glass ware is above clothing racks, so It's very hard to shop through and shorter people are totally out of luck. Fairly clean store.

The people at Goodwill are so awesome! I understand that they have A LOT of work sometimes because they do receive A TON of donations, but I have found so many of the employees to be of good spirit. My family has dropped off many items over the years, and they have taken them gladly.

I find this center to be a wonderful place to donate home goods/decor and clothing that was either new or like new condition. A great cause.

Today was my First time that I’ve ever felt uncomfortable coming Here to this Store Location on 7/14/2022. I am Disabled and I’ve really been trying to Find Chair’s that I can afford and I can’t afford anything too Expensive with what I’m currently going through. And I visited so many Other Store’s in the Katy Area that Offered me to Lower Pricing if I Purchased the kind of Chair’s that I’ve been Looking for and they unfortunately didn’t have any, but I did walk into this Goodwill and I seen Exactly what I needed for my Disabilities and also my Mobility as well and the Chairs that’s in this Picture is Exactly what I needed, just that the Price was $30 for Each which would have Costed me $60 for just 2 Sitting Chair’s as I didn’t have that amount, I spoke to the Store Manager African Guy and I told Him my Situation as I’m a Single Mother and He told me “Sorry there’s absolutely nothing we can do and the Price’s are Firm”!! I felt so so bad and Now I won’t have anything to Sit on thanks to the Store Manager I am unable to have what I really needed, I would have paid, I just didn’t have $60!! So if anyone is unable to Afford anything, this is not the Place that Offer's Customers any Kind of Help!!

Went to drop off donations today and was told could not accept anymore donations. This is ridiculous for a place that should accept donations is open. Put a sign out that relays that information and let the employee go home because the center is useless to the public if they can not donate or buy.

It's frustrating to go to a donation center only to find out that they're not accepting donations *after* you've started unloading your car. It can't be that difficult to put a large handwritten sign in your window that says, "Closed."

The last three times we’ve been, they’ve not been accepting donations. Some outward indication that this is the case would be extremely helpful.
