My daughter and I visit this site on a regular basis but unfortunately, for them, we won't be returning. It was time to change out bins and I was leaning against the wall standing about 20 feet next to the door the bins pass through when I was asked by and employee in a condesending tone to move away for no apparent reason. I replied that I was in nobody's way. But I moved a few steps farther back regardless. A few minutes later the manager asked me to leave the store. Employees perceived authority gets them no where but lost business.

I'm a lover of goodwill. These are bins, yes you dig. I went here on accident the first time, but didn't want to walk right out so walked thru to pretend, but then I found a few things I was surprized to find, name brands, some new things, you never know. This is fun to me. And this location is better than the one by 45. I love the workers too. If your uppity, it's not your place.

I never go to Goodwill but a family member wanted to check it out…It was horrible, smelly, weird people and everything dumped in bins. No organization or anything. I walked out right away?

I walked right out when I saw the big bins and everything just dumped in.

Clientele are rude but it's pretty much hit and miss. Good prices if you do find stuff.

This place is so great for getting a lot of clothes for a cheaper price! Everything is in bins, it's like a treasure hunt looking for cute pieces. Very nice, I've gotten so many cute sweaters from here!

If I could give negative #s I would. I walked into the store yesterday and there's just a bunch of bins everywhere. I asked a staff member, "how do you find anything in here?" She responded, with a very nasty tone, "you dig." Nothing is separated and it's all just put in bins. Clothing with household items. I have never seen anything like that before.

Rude people that were taking donations. Wasn't even offered a receipt. They were throwing items around the bins. I won't be back.

This is not a normall goodwill store experience. I walked in and felt like I was watching hordes of zombies digging through bins of rotting flesh. It was a disturbing experience and a friendly reminder to hug your children every day because you never know what tomorrow may bring in this cruel cruel world.

Wouldn't have wasted my time if I knew it would be a bunch of disorganized bins. Any picture showing shelves shouldn't still be here if that's no longer what the store looks like inside.

I can't believe the incompetence of the worker's up front, and the Sheriff who has on duty acted like I was bothering her when asked a question. She literally had a look like, "why are you bothering me"? One worker said people inside are there every day and a group of teens was just hanging out. Don't go..

I opened the door then turned around and walked right back out. Instead of racks of clothes and shelves of other things, it looked like feeding troughs with clothes dumped in them and the people honestly looked like pigs routing around in them. The lack of organization, or even the lack of attempting organization, speaks volumes about this store's leadership, their goals, and concern for others' convenience. It's disgusting.

Things were just dumped in bins all mixed up. Broken glass in almost every bin I looked in. Items sold by weight.

obviously a lot of people leaving reviews are not familiar with shopping the bins. I have found some great deals here for resale, you just have to dig (I suggest putting on some gloves). I found a pair of Aquatalia Italian boots, men's clothing from a custom NYC shop, items new with tags... If you are looking for a deal, then dig in and look around. You do not have to be part of the crowd that lines up and jumps in, you can look through the piles afterwards.

Good finds. Sometimes more dirty than I would like and by that I mean a soiled diaper in the bins. Sometimes we wait a while for someone to come to the register to check out. Usually ok for the bins though. I’ve experienced worse for sure…
