GM is paid by regular customer and his two sons to get first dibs on merchandise. I have witnessed GM bring out coach and high end purses and throw them directly in front of this man so no one could get. Another employee told him and his son which bin in new rotation to go to. No wonder why we no longer can find anything. We have shopped this location since opening day but will never return due to new corrupt GM. Customer is the regular that’s tall and heavyset and has two heavyset sons, if you go you’ll know who they are. They get access to store after hours as well .

Super nice resale store. It’s very clean and well organized. I both donate and shop here. It’s a very large location with a big selection including furniture and some small appliances. Customer service seems to be friendly, but I have not had too much interaction other than the cashiers.

Managers are here are ruining this location. Instead of bringing stuff out quickly they are just sittting in the back looking through every item just to bid them at the front seat . No point in waiting for them to bring out any new product if it’s all been looked through

This is the slowest ?outlet location out of the rest. Rotations take 1-2 hours. Employees are always on break and never rotate bins. All the clothes from the morning is the same as the day before. Manager scraps every good item before it comes out on the floor too??♂️. Save your time and don’t go to this location

First: it's sad that there are so many negative reviews from people who don't understand the concept of a Goodwill Outlet location AKA "The Bins." Yes, everything is thrown into bins -- you pay BY THE POUND. Whether you find Wal-Mart shirts or Chanel, the cost is exactly the same. Roll up your sleeves and dig in -- you never know what you will find!
That said, I have found some absolute gems and have made a full-time job out of searching these bins and flipping my finds online. I found a Goyard purse that sold for $850. A Burberry trench coat still available on the website sold for $800. I found a Miu Miu top that I sold for $300. Not every trip results in these finds, but it really feels like a treasure hunt.
I have not purchased a single brand new piece of clothing for anyone in my home since discovering the bins. Paying 2.50/pound is almost too good to be true! I have all of my daughter's friends wanting to dig in the bins and all of their moms dreaming of quitting their jobs and reselling with me.
I have had ONLY positive experiences with the staff. Some might come across as rude when enforcing the rules, but they're just doing their job. In fact - I didn't know the rules when I first started coming and was corrected a few times until I figured it all out. Not a big deal at all.
Some of the other customers are downright vicious, though. I've been elbowed, shoved, and tripped because they care more about getting a pair of shoes they see than the actual human beings next to them. Even still, the thrill of the hunt and the insane profit I have made makes it absolutely worth it.

My daughter and I visit this site on a regular basis but unfortunately, for them, we won't be returning. It was time to change out bins and I was leaning against the wall standing about 20 feet next to the door the bins pass through when I was asked by and employee in a condesending tone to move away for no apparent reason. I replied that I was in nobody's way. But I moved a few steps farther back regardless. A few minutes later the manager asked me to leave the store. Employees perceived authority gets them no where but lost business.

I'm a lover of goodwill. These are bins, yes you dig. I went here on accident the first time, but didn't want to walk right out so walked thru to pretend, but then I found a few things I was surprized to find, name brands, some new things, you never know. This is fun to me. And this location is better than the one by 45. I love the workers too. If your uppity, it's not your place.

I never go to Goodwill but a family member wanted to check it out…It was horrible, smelly, weird people and everything dumped in bins. No organization or anything. I walked out right away?

Clientele are rude but it's pretty much hit and miss. Good prices if you do find stuff.

This place is so great for getting a lot of clothes for a cheaper price! Everything is in bins, it's like a treasure hunt looking for cute pieces. Very nice, I've gotten so many cute sweaters from here!

If I could give negative #s I would. I walked into the store yesterday and there's just a bunch of bins everywhere. I asked a staff member, "how do you find anything in here?" She responded, with a very nasty tone, "you dig." Nothing is separated and it's all just put in bins. Clothing with household items. I have never seen anything like that before.
