I have picky feet (high arches, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and just generally sensitive to pressure) and have tried SO MANY pairs of shoes in other stores and ordered online. Nothing was working for me. I stopped in to Good Times today at the suggestion of my physical therapist, and walked out with a great new pair on my feet and the model and size of another pair that I loved. The young lady who helped me, Morgan, listened to what I was looking for, sized my foot, and brought out several pairs to try. Two of them were winners! Next time I need a new pair of shoes, I’m going straight to Good Times!

Every year since 2018 I’ve traveled to Texas to run the Texas Independence Relay and each time Good Times Running Company has been relay exchange point 30. They are there feeding runners delicious breakfast tacos and providing other snacks. The store is open and they have their winter apparel on sale. Its always fun and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have purchased quite a few items of their Good Times Running Co branded items. I now have several zip up jackets (they are so soft) as well as t-shirts, joggers, and socks from them. This year I decided to go ahead and ask about shoes since I had time. I’d been in an Adidas Boston forever but the Adizero is different from the flexible, comfortable, shoe I was used to from past models. I was finally ready to try a new brand after getting some gnarly blisters the weekend before. The salesperson listened to what I was looking for in a shoe and suggested a Puma. I walked out with a new pair that morning and I’m loving them.Another excellent experience I had with them was once I noticed someone accidentally forgot to apply the same price of something and when I called Morgan took care of me right away. She had me send over a picture of my receipt and it was resolved in minutes. No hassles, no issues. I wish I lived closer (I live in Ohio) but since I don’t I’ll make a point to always give them my business each March.

Always get great service no matter how busy they are. Nick helped me today and he was very knowledgeable and patient! My go to place for quality walking or running shoes.

Had a blast at the latest beer run in Katy. They now have Puma and I got the chance to try out a pair on my run. Sooo good that I am now wearing them on my feet as I write this. Great folks and great service.

Staff sold 2 left shoes of 2 different models from mizuno. Not even an apology for the inconvenience of having to come back. This would be my last visit.

I’m so happy I found this place. I needed new shoes to train in and found this place on Google.The gentleman that helped me was really nice. He measured my feet and assessed my gait. He picked 3 shoes that would be great for me and explained the shoes and how they would help eliminate some problems and pains I was having while training. He was patient while I chose the best pair. It was a great experience.While in the store I met the owner. She was really nice as well and shared some information on running groups which I am excited to join while here visiting.I got a pair of Asics. The feel amazing. I have already tried them on a run and I am impressed and happy because I wouldn’t have picked these on my own and probably would’ve made a bad shoe shopping decision alone. I will be back soon to get more gear and also to get my husband a pair of shoes to train with me.

Outstanding Customer Service! Quality, knowledge and Great prices. Nick is very patient explaining the anatomy of the running shoe. He helped me find the right pair for my races and training. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They also have a great selection of running gear. Definitely this is the place to go!

I took my daughter to get some running shoes to help with the pain she experiences while running. We were met quickly after entering the store by a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful lady who took the time to help us pick the right shoes. I know where we will shop for running shoes going forward!

My first time visiting to this store,was looking for some shoes for my aching plantar fasciitis feet.The associate who took care of me was Gavin,he was awesome,he took his time and measured my feet,very knowledgeable.Answered all my questions.Ended up ordering my first Hoka online at home by Gavin’s recommendations only because I couldn’t wait for the store to order them for me,since they’ve already had place their order in .I’ll definitely be recommending friends to this store.
