Call yesterday to ask I can come today to do alignment Dan told me yes come in we open a 8am. I just got here after 30 minutes drive and they said we not doing alignment today not respect for the customer.

This is not my first time here but it is called Southern Tire Mart now.Just recently had a front end alignment done on my truck. They did a good job but the work was done after the promised time. It was almost 2 hours after the promised time.

Today I had a horrible experience right on i10 in front of Katy mills mall, my tire exploded and I was alone with my baby, I was scared for my life because this has never happened to me, I immediately call GCR tires and they responded rapidly the guy came out to me and he was an Angel he helped me and changed my tire right away, there’s still good people in this world I didn’t get he’s name but I appreciate all you did for me and my son, God bless you. I really recommend GCR tires ??

On an extended RV trip and had an incident where aside from damaging a basement door I also (somehow) punched a fist sized hole in the outer right rear tire. This is why there are 4 tires back there. Anyway, having gotten to a campground I didn't want to move to the colission repair shop until the tire was replaced. Half a dozen places turned me down including Love's who would repair it if I drove there, but GCR got the tire information which I had ready for them, and their technician was here within an hour. He removed the bad tire and installed the new one without even having to remove the rim, installed a new air valve - all in all as a transient I couldn't have found a better company to deal with. Kudos.

Staff at GCR were very friendly, knowledgeable and Tony and Ryan spent a good amount of time coming up with the best solution that worked with our budget. Great customer service, we look forward to working with GCR again.
