Had a unit here for nearly 2+ years. Rick, the manager was always friendly & accommodating to my needs. He would send text reminders if auto-pay was unsuccessful or card needed to be updated. When I was struggling he helped me find a smaller unit that wasn't too far from my previous one & fit my budget. The place was always clean & well kept with dollys available. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Great storage facility, with different options on sizes. Their climate controlled units really do keep stuff in excellent shape if stored for a long time. I am very pleased with the property and the management. Highly recommend.

Rick Westfall was an absolute professional to work with while our belongings were stored with him for over 7 months. Access to our units and the climate control was fantastic. Rick the property manager is helpful, polite and very patient. He is also very understanding in any situation! He's the absolute best! The property is always nice and clean since he has took over.

Used Fry Road Mini Storage for about 8 months and don't have a single complaint. Facility was always kept clean and the manager Rick is the absolute best!! If I ever am in need of a storage again I will definitely return.

The manager Rick is great. Super helpful and care about the customers. He's the one of the reason why I'm still there. Plus it's clean and I have never had any problems in 2 years.

Since there has been a change in Management - Rick - things have completely turned around at this location. The property is clean, maintained, secured, & Rick is accommodating & friendly. I recommend this storage facility for hands on management & personable customer service.

I glad that I was referred to this storage,they help tremendously by going out there way to make sure I didn't receive a late fee, because,after losing my husband, I forget alot of things,but these people made it very easy for me, with a helping hand......so grateful
