Walked in, looked around for a second, and not one person greeted us. The employees need to be taught to welcome customers when they come in and make them feel like they can assist to find what they are looking for. Me and my husband felt unwelcome and left.

Horrible customer service. I did not know that the store was closed. I saw some beautiful clothes and accessories in the window and decided to check it out. The door was NOT locked, so I entered the store. Instead of being greated and politely informed that the store is closed, one of the staff members at the cashier counter screamed "Oi" (addressing to me) and showed "throat-cutting gesture " meaning that they are closed. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior... while being at the store, any employee represents the brand. And from my experience- Francesca's is not customer friendly.

I’ve been to this store before and they have cute clothes but the racks are often messy or unorganized.

You should change the hours of operation in google to warn the customers… it says on Thursday you close at 9pm but I came at 7 and it was closed already

I've shopped at Francesca's stores throughout the U.S. Wherever I travel, when I see this store, I'm drawn to it like a moth to a flame. It's usually a cheerful space with same energy from staff. I can always find cute gifts or a piece of jewelry. That changed for me yesterday when my Daughter and I where doing a little Xmas shopping and stopped in (I dragged my Daughter in, lol) this Cinco Ranch store location. The boutique size store was charming but the two ladies working there were not. NOTE TO OWNER and staff: Please consider adding customer service training as this area seems to be missing. You'll find, at the least, a simple courtesy like customer acknowledgement, greeting and/or eye contact upon their arrival will go along way. Not sure but perhaps putting away stock was greater priority? Disappointed and found it easy to leave immediately upon arrival without making a purchase because of the unfriendly, unwelcome and disinterest feeling given by the staff.

Went to return a dress which didn't have the receipt. They said they couldn't look it up with my card i used to purchase which I've never heard of a retail store that can't do that but anyways usually when you return something, you get the current value of the dress which i believe was $56 and they only gave me $35 on a gift card....
