Ms. Teresa Tosso was so great. I was very upset because my check I deposited had a hold on my funds which caused overdraft and other nightmares. Ms. Tosso assisted me with making my funds available, she removed the overdraft fee. She listened, she was very passionate and very concerned about me and I felt she valued me as a person and a customer. Thank you for the great service I received from you. I almost closed my account but thanks to Ms. Tosso, I didn’t.
