Family Dollar at FM 529 & Fry is wonderful! Place nice and clean and staff, you rock!Thanks to the customer that assisted me and my great nephews. Kind of you to carry the bags to the car!

Noone speaks upon entering. Seems like every team member DOESN'T want to work; ESPECIALLY the MANAGER. She's never welcoming. And never smiles nor GREETS! Awful customer service! The store smells like MILDEW, and PLEASE DON'T buy ANY groceries there from the shelf atleast... I purchased several items and most of it was old and stale. Same as the store smells like most of the time. Save time and frustration. Stop somewhere else. ESPECIALLY if you're having a bad day.

walked in today very frustrated cause i had been to 3 family dollars the one on barker cypress is close so this is the next closes one to me ,and I am glad I came in a young man by the name of Lary help me today very courteous and respectable young man help me ,and might I add this is the 1st that I have seen the store so clean and organize

Went in the store today and was greeted by a new gentlemen I have not seen there before he must be a new employee he was very nice and helpful with an item I was looking for.im glad I came in today because I went to another family dollar near barker cypress they were so rude.

She would not take my return item with receipt and tags claiming it was a exercise bra and I had tried ONE on.Please fix this problem or I will never shop at Family Dollar again and will tell all my friends and relatives how horrible you policy's treat people.K. Barger

I don't understand why the person who fills the product shelves is still working there. She is lousy in her treatment of the client. Personally he ignored me when I asked him about a product, he told me that they did not have it and I found it on a shelf. On Sunday afternoon I went to waste time and listen when a customer asked him if they sold clown popsicles... She contemptuously and mockingly replied... HOW DO YOU THINK WE'RE GOING TO SELL THAT TO HERE?? Beings she Latin, I don't understand her lousy Latino customer service, nor that it was a mall.
