Angel the clerk had a piss poor attitude. Couldn’t even open his mouth to tell me how much everything was…I even asked him and he still didn’t open it.

I've been here a few times and the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the older black lady was really nice and helpful one of the times I went in. The other times I've been here, the staff has been extremely rude, won't even open their mouths to greet you or tell you your total, and treat you like you being in the store is irritating them. I'd rather travel a little further to the next one where I get great customer service than keep coming here. ??

Store has been remodeled on the inside but it's still things out of place, missing or on the floor. Language barrier also. I was trying to buy some emergency vitamin c and lady who works there didn't know what I was saying or what I was talking about, she didn't know what aisle to look on and finally shook her head left n right to indicate they didn't have it. Young brother knew and went to search to confirm they didn't have it.

The store is convenient and have great stuff. However, the price on the shelf for the Chili said $1.80 and at the register it was $2.40. Fix the prices on the shelves to match the register.

It is a good environment and is very convenient but the staff is extremely rude, pushy and dont take their job serious.I was there a few hours ago and this lady followed me around the store and when i was ready to check out she was doing her nails and on her phone.so the full experience was just bad

Sells expired food/snacks. Bought snacks yesterday most of them are expired. Yogurts noodles snack cakes. One time I got donut sticks from there and they were moldy. Please stop selling expired foods it's an inconvenience to return such items so I just throw them out wasting money.

I was in the Family Dollar store twice on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 and the staff was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. As I walked out of the store, I told them "Thank you for your speedy and wonderful service, I'll be back!"

It was pretty messy, things were hard to find and disorganized. There are also many, many items above a dollar, which frustrates me because it is false advertising. However I understand that it is now a "brand," nonetheless frustrating. Service was friendly though.
