Love this store great vibes but says open 24 hours it’s right around the corner so I walk but it’s always closed past 11 pm so not 24 hrs whatsoever

These are the rudest people in town. They've never heard of customer service. I stopped by earlier tonight to buy lotto tickets. When I approached the counter with my forms, one employee submitted them and they were rejected. The other rude employee jumped in and berated me for not completing the cash option at the bottom of the form. I informed him that I did not play lotto often. He replied that he was tired of customers coming in and not completing the forms correctly. After being disrespected and berated, I told him never mind. I gave him a choice word or two and left the store. I went across the street to Chevron to buy my tickets. I buy gas at that Exxon often, but never again!!!

Would be 0 starts if I could. The worst gas station ever, we walk in to use the restroom and get drinks at sonic, when we walked into sonic we sat down to think about what we wanted to drink when we were so rudely greeted by the gas station attendee (ethan or something like that) , he walked up to our table accusing us of stealing something from the gas station saying he put it in his jacket or pants (he didn't steal anything and shook everything out to show him) and then proceeded to say "don't come in here doing shady s***** when we literally did nothing wrong. I would have been fine with the whole thing it was just how we were approached.

So, the gas prices are fair. What isn't good, however, is that the front attendant directly ignored my concerns when I brung up the bathroom. It was in ungodly need of emergency cleaning. When brung up to the attendant, I was told "the people who clean won't be back until tomorrow. I don't clean. Sorry." However, the sonic next door told me THEY clean the bathrooms when they get not busy, despite the bathrooms being in the ExxonMobil building. They also stated that the ExxonMobil worker refused entirely to clean on his own terms.
