Bashir was just a little bit racist lol I went in and he told me his management informed him to refuse service to me lol it was my first visit. I had to go to the store across the street which was cleaner and friendly to my kind and I just gave them my wallet for the fantastic service.

The employee named Bashir needs a lesson on education and manners. He has terrible customer service. He needs to be more polite... hello, good afternoon, morning, etc.
He should be happy and thankful he has a job in the economy. Believe me, if he doesn't like his job, there's many people that would do it with a smile. Including me and I was born in the USA.

For
Managment the guy working at 6pm on Thursday the 21st should be fired it was a severe thunderstorm and the man tells me and one other person waiting for by the door for under a minute at that time to get out. We looked at him said are you serious are you seeing what we are seeing. No exaggerations objects are flying across the parking lot.
He said he did. It care. Then i asked him what if I played the games (illegal gambling) he just started waving his hand at me saying I talk too much. What kind of gas station is this to treat anyone like he did. Something more shady is going on more so than just those slot machines they have.

Gas price was $0.20 higher than advertised on the sign and you didn't find that out until you got inside to pay for the gas. Last $2 of the gas pumping was pumped at the slow rate. Waste of time. Never coming here again.

I came to get gas here because it said 2.59 for cash but that is not the same price they were charging me . Idk if they are trying to make money like this lying to people . But there should be a sign saying the price is different or they should let customers know . They cashier Bashir could of answered nice to me, but he wasnt .

Half of the pmps Card machines don’t work and the other half that do pumps gas a a snails pace. Apparently this issue goes back a year based on the other reviews and they haven’t done anything to fix it. Avoid this gas station at all costs

My card would not work outside in station, so I have to go inside. The gas pump was very very slow to pump only 30 dollars worth of gas. I got here at 1:15 and after going inside waiting in line and then getting my gas, I’m still here waiting for it to finish pumping at 1:30 not even half way done. However, the cashier seemed nice.

New permanent location in Cypress - check out their Instagram page to confirm location! We chose to order the mediums to get the cool color changing cups. Worth it. Try the Amaretto with Praline and add cream- it's amazing!
