Bad experience with Mr. RicardoReplaced 2 Catalysts in 2023 and promised 2 years warranty on parts and today he is just making excuses and does not want to resolve the warranty stay away from this place this guy is irresponsible at the moment

Couldn't be happier with the service and customer service. Rick is very detailed when explaining the problem with my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. Overall great experience!

I sold a minicooper as scrap for $700 to Mr. Ricardo in 2019, he repaired it around 2020 and they used the tollway for two years with the license plate under my name, now I have a debt with the EZ Tag and he did not want to take responsibility for it . I find him a dishonest and irresponsible person.

Very attentive and not pushy at all. He made it a fun educational experience. Very knowledgeable and would get right back to me on anything he couldn’t answer on the spot. He even answered all of my text questions on his Sunday day off.

Was kinda skeptical at first, being that I've lived in katy for 10+ years now and always drove past this shop. The owner Rick was understanding and very informative with the work and/or any issue that may have came up.Finished in a timely manner and I got some good information on my 96 TL. One of the best mechanic hands down!! I'm so blessed to have came across him. I can literally say any and every car i have owned and will own in the future Nobody will lays hands on it unless its these guys! Thats how much i trust and believe in their work! Responsible, Reasonable, Efficient and trustworthy when it comes to any vehicle. Definitely a high recommendation.

This review is for Express Automotive. The shop's owner Rick Izquierdo, has a genuine interest in always helping his customers. What first cought my attention when I visited his shop for the first time several years ago, was how he doesn't overcharge for repairs or parts when they're not needed. Rick's friendliness, honesty and quality work are things that are hard to find in an auto shop nowadays. He's an old-school, chip of the ol' block and an excellent auto mechanic.
