Had reservation for 2 days. Went next day 9am no cars available. Had to get one NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE PRICE SET. So have to pay extra a day because no cars at location. Good thing I had a reservation.

Late with my rental. Car was not wiped down and / or sanitized when I received it. Called to ask about returning my security deposit and have been on hold for over 20 mins.

Ryan and Santiago are always so courteous and efficient. I am always in and out within 5 mins. They are very pleasant and offer excellent customer service!!! I only rent at this location due to their service.

Wont rent here again. Made reservation a week prior, get to location on day of pickup to we don't have any cars available, only minivans. gave excuses about all the cars going to insurance claims, regardless of reservations in the system. Now I am stuck in a minivan for my business travel. Not very professional. I will be taking all of my business to National going forward, regardless of additional cost or inconvenience to drive to the airport.

The staffs here are totally unprofessional. They lack leadership and supervision.I dropped off my car at the body shop. So the body shop contacted them to pick me up, and I already submitted a rental car request through the GEICO app 24 hours in advance. I waited for them for about 30 minutes at the body shop.When I arrived at Enterprise, I waited for another 10 minutes to talk to one of the staff, he told me to hang around because they were cleaning the car, then waited ~10 minutes, and another staff told me there is no car at this time (Seriously).He offered a more expensive SUV which I have to pay out of pocket, I was like “No way”. He then told me he can find a different car later and deliver it to my work which is pretty close to this Enterprise, he said he will call me to give me an update. Then another staff drove me back to my office.Around 4 hours later, I called them, they said they have a car ready and they will deliver it to my office. 15 minutes later, the same guy texted me he found a nail in one of the tires, and the car is not ready, he asked me to come back the next day. I was like, dude, I had wasted so much time with y’all, now I don't even have a freaking car and I need to pick up my son from daycare too. He said he can help, only him at the rental office that’s why he couldn’t deliver the car to my work. I was like, fine, my co-worker will drive me there to pick up the car.Then I called them back both the cell phone and the office number, and I think they blocked my number.I was mad because they could have told me they don't have a car, instead of driving me around, offering me options, and wasting my time. I feel like they were not honest with me. Whoever is the owner of this franchise, you need to talk to these staff.

Ryan made sure my family and I had a smooth rental. Smoothest rental transaction I’ve had in a while. The other salesman were great as well. Polite and helpful to us throughout our time there. Thanks.

Love this place!! Brandon has great customer service and always takes great care of me and my family when we need a rental car. Very clean and pretty quick picking up and dropping off your rental. All the staff are very friendly, and do their best to get you into a rental! Definitely will be coming back for my next rental!! Thank you enterprise for your service!!!

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I spoke with my insurance about getting a rental car and immediately after hanging up the phone, I received a call from Ryan. He was very polite, explained everything including the cars he had available. A couple days later I went to get the rental, Ryan was helping another customer, afterwards he talked to me and my husband to make sure we were satisfied with the rental car. Everyone at that location was very nice and attentive to us. They were able to get me in to a nice car based on what my insurance was paying. I did contact Ryan later on the very if my insurance extended the rental date and he immediately called me back with all the information. We used to go to another Enterprise location but based on my experience and the excellent customer service we received this will be our preferred location . Thank you Ryan and all staff at Enterprise @ Morton Ranch Rd., I appreciate all your help.

Do NOT rent from this location. No sense of customer service whatsoever. They'll leave you on hold and won't come back to the call. Trust me there's plenty of other rental places where they actually want to earn your business. If I could I would give them 0 stars!

Slow service, took me 1.5 hours to get my rental car which I booked days in advance. Asked for help with a sensor of the car, they told me I could get back to the store and they’d take a look. I went, waited 30 minutes and no one was there.

When you say you open at 8 o’clock you should be there not oh I’ll be back in 20 minutes. How can you need 20 minutes to come back to when you just opened?! NOT very professional of you!!!

I’m going on 2 weeks now of no answer, it just rings and rings and rings and after 30 minutes no help. My insurance has tried contacting them as well with no luck…
