Seems to be a trend here, this is easily the worst rental experience I have had. I dealt with Mo Alshami, the first car I was shown was disgusting the seats were covered in stains, so I refused it. The next car shown to me was covered in damage and stank of cigarettes. I was in a rush so I told him I would except it but wanted a standard damage report, so I would not be held liable. It was at this point he turned sour and became somewhat aggressive. Long story short the manager came out and did a damage report apologized for the behavior of mo and said it’s not the first time this has happened. My company has a large corporate rental account with enterprise, I will be doing what I can at this point to make sure that this is changed back to hertz. I won’t post pictures at this point but I will be supplying them when I’m back in the office.

I should be able to book a reservation for 5pm if nobody going to be there someone should have called and informed me poor customer service

“My experience with was marred by dishonesty and uncooperative staff. I was initially told that I wouldn’t have to pay tolls when picking up the vehicle from the young lady at enterprise, but this information turned out to be false. When I confronted the local staff with video evidence proving my case, because I recorded a video of the inspection they told me to for a damage so I want be charged if come back they missed it but even with the video they refused to correct the situation. It took contacting headquarters to finally receive the credit I was owed and I first had to contact EZ tag then I had to contact enterprise headquarters easy tag, of course took care of there part no problem. It was only enterprise who kept giving me the trouble and would not resolve the issue. The manager at the location was unhelpful and unresponsive. Apart from this incident, the rental car experience itself was generally satisfactory.” And when you see this review enterprise, please do not asked me to reach out with more details given the fact that I called and I went to the location and reported this with video evidence.

Very bad service. I waited an hour for the car. When the car arrived it was very dirty. The manager David said they washed it from where he picked it up from. He offered to run it through the wash. It came back still dirty and smelly. I asked for a better car the reply was The only one available needs an oil change and takes one hour maybe three to get it ready. There was a really strange vibe with the services they offered. I asked to cancel the reservation. They did and did not bother to tell me and they continued a conversation in front of me for five minutes. Will never rent from this place again. People’s time is valuable. Getting what I pay for is just as valuable. This guy was trying to stick me up with a the worst rental car I have ever seen. It seems he is clueless how a rental business runs.

Don’t recommend this place , I’m a loyal member and frequent renter from this place , when I came to pick up a vehicle last week I was surprised that the car i reserved was not available , I had to go to the airport and make another reservation ( lost time and money ) , all I got from this office is Sorry ? It’s very common you get a car with fuel tank almost empty , windshield fluid is low , or even a car that needs service it happened to me few times at this place , the only person that deserved compliment in this office is David Payne

Aleen worked really hard to help me get the vehicle of choice. She was friendly and personable. She took her time to listen as to what I needed after I had visited another location and was not treated well. She helped by explaining and calling to check that I was satisfied with my rental. She did a great job and I would highly recommend Enterprise because of her.

Completely satisfied. I thank Mr. David Payne for taking care of me. He was clear, sincere and trustworthy. I particularly recommend this Enterprise agency. I visited two other companies that offer car rentals and they didn't have the vehicle I needed available. For everything and much more, I rate them 5 stars.

This is one of best enterprise locations I’ve ever rented from. The staff here is amazing. I usually see Tina when I come in and she is beyond awesome. Her customer service skills are always on point and getting me in a vehicle takes no longer than 5 minutes. Thank you guys for all you do at this location.-Keni

I went to drop off my rental car and pick up my vehicle at Autonation collision. I arrived 22 minutes before closing (6pm) and no one was at the enterprise counter. The collision center employees told me they had left just before 5:30. So I had to leave my rental key with my name on a piece of paper on the counter for them, where I found two other keys left in the same manner. Throughout having the rental, I had "change oil light come on the same week I had rented it. The low tire press light was on, and the registration expired while I had it. I notified them of these problems at least 3 times while I had the vehicle. I was told that they would find me a replacement vehicle because of the registration but they wanted me to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to a local shop and wait for the maintenance to get done, which should have been done before renting it out to someone. They never did get me a replacement vehicle, so I just kept driving on an expired Registration because I had no other choice. Basically, rental cars are in such high demand right now that they aren't maintaining them at all. The priority is to just make it look nice before pumping it out to the next customer.

They were very helpful and understanding after another location gave my rental away. I had to leave town for a funeral and they were able to find me a vehicle within an hour.

They schedule me a reservation at this place and the people at this location were rude. In particular this tall guy, he didn’t even offer me help he refused to help me get a car and the only thing he did was raise his voice. For sure this is not a good place to get a car. However probably they don’t care because is the only option for Don Mcgill customers.

Booked a rental through my insurance, on the day i was told that it was scheduled for a later day when my Itinerary shows for the day i was supposed to get it. Was told i would be on a waiting list if anyone canceled. Called another enterprise to book and was informed that they could see my appointment for this place and was scheduled for the day i booked and not the later dated. I then called back to get to bottom of it but was on hold for 2 hours and never reached anyone.Terrible. That means either they gave my rental away or the lady is just stupid. Terrible customer service
