Came here to get my car rental which I reserved for an SUV. Upon arriving there was a very rude customer who essentially bullied the staff into giving her the last SUV even though she verbalized she had not made a reservation and the staff had verbalized they already had their last SUV on reserve. This woman was allowed to drive away in the SUV which was presumably mine. When I asked for my reserved car the staff asked if I would be comfortable with a minivan. I said no and as a result of them giving away my car, had to wait an extra 30 minutes, and because of this I missed one of my appointments (which was one of the reasons I even wanted the car in the first place).Overall I’m disappointed because although the staff were very nice, I reserved that car, and I shouldn’t pay the price for someone else’s failure to plan.

Staff seems overwhelmed and always busy even though there is only one to two customers. I took nearly 3 weeks to bill my credit card or recieve the bill statement ( even after I called and asked for one).

Enterprise is a very good place to rent a car. I recently visited this location and was impressed with the friendly professional agents. All very pleasant and helpful.

had a blowout pulled into the buyers right across the street from this location sat on hold for 42 minutes for the representative to just keep picking up the phone and putting it on hold didn’t even have the decency or courtesy to come on the phone and say something to the effective, please hold we’re shortstaffed will be with you in a minute Horrible customer service

I rented a car recently from Enterprise and was very upset with the charges. First the girl before me was told her deposit was $50. Mine was $300. Then when I gave the gentleman my debit card to pay the $300 I later realized he took out $891 from my checking account. I live on my SS (I am 80 years old) and that left me just over $100 to live on and pay bills for the next 10 days when I get my next SS check. I now understand why he went through the paperwork so quickly and told me where to initial. I took the car back as soon as I could , 2 days later, and the gentleman that time was very nice and gave me back $770. I live 60 miles from a city where I can even get a car rental. I will not rent a car from Enterprise again. Not a pleasant experience. Enough said.

Renting a car at this location has been such a pleasant experience. Mr. Johnny and his team deliver wonderful customer service. I was needing to rent due to being in a car accident and they made the rental process stress free and seamless. 10/10 thank y’all!!!

I walked in like normal like always do cause I rent a lot from them but today this morning I was first in the short girl has always has an attitude their is another girl that works there she is awesome but today even the manager didn’t greeted me today but I tell you what I’m not happy with the service no help what’s so ever didn’t even try to help I will be taking my business else where. So if you go don’t go in the morning or don’t go Monday mornings at least what they showed me

I scheduled a pick up at a car repair shop a week prior and even made a change of venue and confirmed that someone would be there to pick me up at 8:10 a.m. today because I had to get to work. I called 10 minutes after the scheduled time. They saw me in the system, but it didn't say "pick up." I guess I was directed to this Enterprise due to zip code, but the vehicle was being repaired at a different zip code. So, I asked if I should just contact the Enterprise closest to the shop and they said yes. Therefore, I had to pay an Uber driver to take me to the other Enterprise and luckily they had a car available.

My 2nd time renting from this location! Always so professional! Kind! Quick! And accommodating… not to mention their very convenient weekend hours. My God the trips to the airport were not longer an option or consideration. I’ll definitely make this location my go to for local rentals.Happy Holidays!

I have rented at this location multiple times. However last time I had a very un pleasant experience. I had to wait 2.5 hours at the location to get into a vehicle. On top of that one of the office employees was very rude and unprofessional.

Service was friendly and efficient. I was kind of frustrated after two other nearby Enterprise locations didn't have the vehicle available to fulfill my original reservation, but this location had the right vehicle and got me on the road very quickly. Car was clean, comfortable, and quite new.

Keegan was very nice and helpful at the end of my rental. The gentleman(i think he was the manager) that helped me the day I got the rental was nice as well and even allowed me to pick up earlier than I had reserved for and that made a huge difference in my travel because it allowed me to leave earlier
