Had an excellent experience working with Kim and her team at Fully Promoted! They were great to work with and really came through for us on our new company shirts for an upcoming conference! The shirts all came out perfectly and we got a ton of compliments on them! Kim got me all the information I needed quickly and was able to get our order in and done within a week or so. Appreciated their attention to detail and incredible customer service! Will definitely be using them for all future needs and would highly recommend to anyone needing custom apparel! Thanks again!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and short with her answers As well as very snappy.Surprised she’s been in business for so long with how our conversation went.I don’t get it, if you want good customers be a decent owner and have respect for people who are wanting to put money in your pocket and food on your table especially because you’re a small business.I’ll go support else where especially because there’s a lot of competition for what you do and they are actually eager to help their clients!

I've used Fully Promoted for a few years now. They do a great job and pay attention to detail, which I appreciate. The owner and the main guy there have always been kind and respectful. I'm reading these 1 star reviews from these nasty people and wondering why they feel so entitled. Last time I was in here, this crazy lady came in and demanded they do 3 pieces and wanted it right away. I had placed an order for 75 pieces 3 weeks ago. The lady felt like they should stop everything they are doing and make her pieces. That's not how a business works. I've always treated them with respect and received the same back from this business.
