Nice place but ending my 2nd year here and this entire year has been a mess. Prepare for your packages to be stolen out of their “Smart locker” system, cars broken into or stolen. Loud pool parties past 11pm, people driving erratic through the complex on a daily basis, kids throwing rocks at your cars or apartment. The list goes on. The apartment itself is nice but everything else that comes with living in an apartment complex is just terrible and keeps getting worse.

Elation is one of the best communities where we live, the leasing office was extremely efficient, the apartments were always top-notch, the few times we needed maintenance they were on time, it was a safe and peaceful place.
