This dollar tree is the best dollar tree I have ever visited before. The store received the best store manager that the store was needing. 2 years ago it was like the old west, now she gave light and hope to our old store. Today i want to congrats to Shirley for her hard work and security she gave us everyday. Please corporate, give to her a bonus. she deserve it!

Very rude (LAKESHIA) WAS YELLING AT MY CHILDREN FOR HOLDING A HELIUM BALLOON THAT WE TOLD HER WE ARE BUYING AND SHE SAID SHE WANTED TO MAKE SURE MY 2 year old didn’t break anything because I would have to pay for the damages (from a helium balloon that he was simply holding) then she proceeded to talk about me and my children to the customer in line saying that I was waiting for her to say can I speak to the manager so I can tell her I am the manager. If management is this horrible I don’t know what to say about the store. Also this store is so unorganized and empty so maybe if management was doing something right it wouldn’t be in such a mess.

I was in line tonight and overheard the manager having a conversation with the young lady working the register. The manager was having a conversation with the employee that should have been had in private & not while she's the only employee working. She was the only employee working in the entire store & the line was wrapped around & into the aisle. The manager and another employee then proceeded to stand around & literally watch the only cashier tend to the line backed into the aisle. I asked the one employee if she was the only one working within earshot of the manager, hoping it would prompt her & the other employee to open a register, but they just disappeared to the back of the store once I asked. I think this store needs a new manager. One with some professionalism & that doesn't think she's above working the register to help the customers. Really could not believe they were just standing there watching her work with the line so long. Unbelievable
