I came today and the staff member was being very rude we were asking how to use a coupon on the app to get something and she was being very rude and arrogant, and turning her back and talking bad about us with her co workers, and me and my son do not appreciate this and we will not be coming back thanks to her this staff was not helpful at all when we were asking how to use our coupons and we were asking where to scan and she didnt specify where to scan it and she just was very disrespectful and made me very dissatisfied. she was not understanding my point of view and the service was a 1/10 after she was being arrogant the other employee was helping but still didn’t help.

Only this store did we experience a gaslighting situation to what they failed on. Dollar General automated system or not, a coupon that was clipped didn't apply. They claimed they couldn't apply the coupon even after showing how it's there, and they are 5.50 off. But since they said they can't honor it, okay, then we would like a refund. What comes next is so weird.They didn't want to refund the full amount because "the system" said we already got a coupon for it when the receipt reflected none, lol. The lady started making up things, so I stepped in because you're not doing that today.And the other guy comes up to say "they holding up the line" like it's our fault. No, y'all were holding up the line trying to scam us! Then, they tried to say the total coupons honored for other items worth over 50 dollars were applied to the item, which it did not. I had to show them simple math and they did pay us back the rest in cash, but my, oh my, the gaslighting and to confusing the customers. We left shaking our heads.That's what we get for stopping by the one on the way lol

It's a great convenience store, with a good selection of products for a low price. Only issue, there are never enough people working behind the cash registers.

I always go on Saturdays and sometimes during the week and there are always friendly people but I have never been there at night and now I went and I felt offended because the cashier treated me not very kindly in front of the manager and he didn't say anything so it seemed not very nice to me. professional and apart from the store manager he even looked drugged I don't know why they have this type of people working like this the truth is very bad experience coming shopping today I hope they improve their customer service

Dollar general is my favorite go to store when I’m not in the mood for Walmart I can go in pick up items and be out all within 10 mins or less staff great helpful and friendly
