Don’t bother with an appointment. Arrived for set time and was told a 2 hour wait. Employee stated they take appointments every 15 minutes and they are not able to keep up. Then asked if I’d like to reschedule for later same day that they were still taking reservations? Been going here for years but it’s been getting worse each time I go.

I've gone to this Discount Tire for the last 10 years since and they have always been professional and kind and explained everything from what is wrong to what the price will be. The reason I write this review today is we just had a hurricane come through two days ago and today they were open with no computers but still helping the public. I came in needing air in my tires, they found a nail in my tire and repaired it at no cost. It is quick and efficient and overall just kind and helpful. So glad to have them in our neighborhood!

Love this store, always great service, free tire checks when needed as well as repairs on tires that get damaged, we always get our tires here. Quality, good service and price.

PLEASE DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT VISITING THIS LOCATION.
This place is a RIP OFF! They just want to make money off of you, specifically, this review is for the store manager CODY. He just wants to sell you new tires and make you pay more for them. My car has the top of the line Bridgestone rft with just over 20,000 miles on them, and the tire has a warranty of 50,000 miles. HOWEVER, this man tells me that I should have visited their location DURING COVID 2021 and 2022, and because I didn’t get them balanced, he told me that he couldn’t replace them EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. When I told him that I get my car aligned annually, instead of just replacing the tires under warranty, he used this information to NOT replace the tires…he started blaming the car not being aligned for the tire wear…Discount tire will use ANY information or reason to NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE CODY THE MANAGER AT THE CINCO RANCH LOCATION. Completely disappointed, never ever coming here again!
I’m still hopelessly open if discount tire wants to make it right. I highly doubt it though. 0 stars to discount tire!!!

Very impressive! I ordered my tires ahead of time online and they were there when I arrived and ready to go. They were Very organized and were expecting me. Fast service with polite attitudes. Highly recommend.

I called within an hour of closing time about a tire that had a sudden loss of air pressure. They fit me into the schedule and I was in and out before closing.
They removed a nail and patched my tire. They were fast and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I saw a horrible interaction with a few employees today both of them were very rude and condescending I think one of them is called Collin not sure on that but he was wearing a red long sleeve around in his 20s probably with long black hair a mullet looking hairstyle and barely had some facial hair he snatched a paper not caring if the person got hurt or not just because they were both mad at the person he was having an interaction which is very disrespectful, wow what a way to represent the company the other employee was in his 20s as well blonde with a black polo shirt with the logo showing as well rude.
