Charnique was amazing while working with our large shipment! She explained each step of the process and patientlh worked with us to get everything logged and weighed correctly so the shipment had no issues passing customs at the destination. I'd highly recommend using this location for any international shipments, especially working with Charnique!

DHL should go to bankruptcy. The worst experience ever. I’m home all day. The driver says he was unable to deliver package. Customer service always lies about everything. Completely unbelievable.
