I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I called ahead about one of my prescriptions and was told I would have to get a coupon for it and when I asked how she told me to google it. I get the coupon and go through the drive thru because I have Covid and don't have a mask. The young girl at the drive thru told me she couldn't take my coupon and I have to go inside. I told her I had Covid and no mask she said they have masks inside. I went inside, never got a mask from anyone and asked why she couldn't just do it through the drive thru she lied and said it was because she had a line. Mind you there was only 1 other car behind me. I went off about it. I've never felt so discriminated against in my life. I don't understand why she wanted to put other people in the store at risk as well. But I for sure won't be going back and I hope she gets fired for what she did because that's not how you treat people just because you don't want to do your job.

This location is very unprofessional. I have had Prescription sent a day prior. No one has gotten back in touch with me. When I get in touch with the location, they are unaware of what happens. They will give you excuses like it was on hold and they don’t know why. I have been told that I will have to wait two hours sometimes one hour and then when I call to speak to the pharmacist goes down to 25 minutes. Location as I said is very unprofessional. I have been at the window for long periods of time no sign up saying that they’re closed and not open or why they’re not open when you go inside it’s like five or six people in the back preparing Medication and the line is long. If I can give this location zero stars I would.

My son had 3 wisdom tooth removed and had his prescription sent to this location. I pulled through the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes. No one answered, so I went inside and waited for 30 minutes with one person in front of me, when it was finally my turn meds weren't ready and the lady said you will get a call when it's ready which I never did, so I called 15min before closing to ask them about his meds since I had to go to work and was planning on picking then up on my way home and lady said they don't have it's backed ordered was I not supposed to be notified of this. It's been a terrible experience,and my son is in pain.

Super slow, there is no hustle to staff here. I’ve never waited so long to pick up a prescription that was ready to be picked up.

Lady from the pharmacy was very rude, spoke to us like we were stupid while claiming the system won’t let them help us because they were closed for lunch. It was 1:25pm and they’re not supposed to close until 1:30

I get really excited when I see extra care bucks I can use at CVS. I shop at CVS quite a bit. The locations I shop at are clean and friendly and helpful associates to help when needed. They say hello when you enter the store. I don’t have any problems finding what I need.

They pick and choose who they are gonna speed things up for. I went to get my wife's prescription filled and when I walked in there was 1 person in line at drop off. As I waited in line 2 other people come in and go to the consultation instead of drop off. The pharmacist tells them he can have their stuff ready in 15 minutes but by the time they help me it is all the sudden an hour to an hour in a half to get mine. So because I did the right thing and waited in line now my sick wife has to sit in the car for an hour or so. That's just plain wrong. They shut down all other pharmacies in the area early but because this location is in an area with money that's the one they keep open late. How about the location that's right by a hospital.

The physician on staff, Hajni Draper, was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I left the office crying. She would not help me - I desperately needed a very simple form filled out with my vitals. I drove a long distance to this store only to be met with extreme animosity and a REFUSAL to help. She scolded me, loudly, with the door open for the entire waiting room to hear, for even coming to CVS when I “should have gone to my PCP” (which I of course tried to do but they were booked and this was/is a time sensitive issue). I kept asking what the problem was as to why she could not and would not help me and her response was, “I don’t even know you! I know nothing about your history!”. I will tell anyone and everyone I know about my horrible experience at CVS Minute Clinic and Hajni Draper.

Horrible visit to MinuteClinic. Nurse caused ear to be blocked so unable to hear out of left ear. Stay away from this place.

Had an appointment at the minute clinic and waited 45 minutes to be told that they don’t do the service that is advertised on the website. Also the older blonde doctor was very rude and would not let me bring my fiancé in the room after I told her I wanted him in there. We also went to check out the drinks afterwards and there was a pile of food items just tossed on the ground in the refrigerators that didn’t have shelves and we counted 2 bottles of juices that were half gone. This cvs is horrible.

Waited 5min at the counter before I yelled YO DOES SOMEONE WORK HERE to get help. Then when they gave me the magnet we ordered the damn thing is so off centered with the picture hanging off of the magnet that I'm just gonna throw it away. 6:45pm on 8/9/23. Magnet was free from T-Mobile or I'd have made an issue, but I'm just not gonna ever come back to this store.

DO NOT GO HERE. LIED to my doctor multiple times. Ignored my prescription for 3 DAYS. Kept saying “It hasn’t been called in”. My doctor sent it electronically and VERBALLY 2x. NEVER got it.Had to transfer to a different CVS. Unreal
