Do better in customer service. They have no regard for customers waiting in line. I won’t go back and I’m going to take my medication elsewhere

I went to the pharmacy to get vaccinated for COVID and the lady who helped me in the vaccination area was very rude, very bad-tempered.

CVS is definitely where I get my meds from. Quick lines, & friendly staff. However the drive thru line can be long ,so patience will be required.

I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I called ahead about one of my prescriptions and was told I would have to get a coupon for it and when I asked how she told me to google it. I get the coupon and go through the drive thru because I have Covid and don’t have a mask. The young girl at the drive thru told me she couldn’t take my coupon and I have to go inside. I told her I had Covid and no mask she said they have masks inside. I went inside, never got a mask from anyone and asked why she couldn’t just do it through the drive thru she lied and said it was because she had a line. Mind you there was only 1 other car behind me. I went off about it. I’ve never felt so discriminated against in my life. I don’t understand why she wanted to put other people in the store at risk as well. But I for sure won’t be going back and I hope she gets fired for what she did because that’s not how you treat people just because you dont want to do your job.

Just not a fan of CVS forcing self checkout. Hardly see anyone when you walk in, and when you leave it's a screen instead of the human element, a smile.

This location is very unprofessional. I have had Prescription sent a day prior. No one has gotten back in touch with me. When I get in touch with the location, they are unaware of what happens. They will give you excuses like it was on hold and they don’t know why. I have been told that I will have to wait two hours sometimes one hour and then when I call to speak to the pharmacist goes down to 25 minutes. Location as I said is very unprofessional. I have been at the window for long periods of time no sign up saying that they’re closed and not open or why they’re not open when you go inside it’s like five or six people in the back preparing Medication and the line is long. If I can give this location zero stars I would.
