I went to this location to pick up a couple of prescriptions. The sign for the pharmacy said 10 a.m. but at 10:05 it was still closed. I understand life happens ;however, it is still no excuse for an employee to clock in and give no feedback. Then I ask an associate about the pharmacy then she got an attitude with me as I was bothering her . This is unacceptable especially when someone like myself who is a veteran with chronic pain.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Was supposed to have insulin pen needles ready DAYS ago. Automated system said they'd be ready today. After multiple calls to this CVS and being "disconnected" TWICE, left on hold for 39 minutes, then "disconnected" AGAIN... I explained I was out of needles therefore I can't take my insulin. Oh but they can transfer rx to a different location. They didn't even do that right so here I am, unable to treasure my insulin until the other location opens at 11am TOMORROW. And they are soooo RUDE!!!

I would them a 0 star I won't never recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially if you're moving here from Out of state and you need your medications transferred from your old pharmacy to this pharmacy, well let me tell you about the pharmacist in charge has the worst customer service and got frustrated with me over their mistake when I had given them like 5 days ahead all my ex-pharmacy info to get our medications transferred to here in Katy Texas when we asked if they were able to get our meds transferred they could t find any info so I asked how long more we had to wait she got mad because she said she wasn't there and some how there was no info of us in their system and because it was Labor day she couldn't do anything and we said ok so maybe in another 24 hrs she said I don't know let me see but with the ugliest and biggest attitude. So my daughter said never-mind go to her pharmacy on grand park, so we did. I do highly recommend you going to the CVS Pharmacy on Grand Park way the pharmacist was very nice no issues and was able to get all our medications transferred from California to Texas the very next day.

CVS Pharmacy don’t open until 9am in the morning the Walgreens pharmacy open up at 8am in the morning from now I’m getting my prescription filled at Walgreens

Certain pharmacy staff members which include the manager are very rude. I had a confirmed COVID booster appointment for my son and upon arrival before I could say anything a pharmacy technician immediately tells me he’s not due until 2024. I explained to her that he only received two shots and never received the booster back in 2021. I tried to explain the issues that I have been having trying to get his booster and was cut off. She told her manager and she started talking under her breath instead of speaking to me (she was talking about my issue). Also, I had all the paperwork filled out and submitted online and still had to fill out the same paperwork once I got here. They were complaining about being understaffed and staff members not coming in to work. The company as a whole need to make sure that they are producing an environment that staff members are happy to come to because when they are not they tend to take it out on the customers. I believe that my concerns and questions were legitimate but yet they seemed annoyed and irritated.I will say that the front store clerk was very nice.

Consistently unprofessional service. Lazy, slow, and will do the minimum required. If you don't HAVE to use them go to anything else but CVS. I am stuck with them this year because of insurance, otherwise I'd save myself the unhappy gloomy faces, so obvious they hate their job.

Truly grateful for the speedy service received today at the CVS Pharmacy. We are from Maryland and my husband had to have emergency dental work done. There were five prescriptions sent over from the dentist. I arrived just a few minutes after they were sent over and went to the counter to provide my insurance and asked how long it might take. The technician advised 20 minutes so I waited and walked around the store. I was called up 10 minutes later for my prescriptions!! I was actually shocked and so appreciative of the quick turnaround. I sure wish the CVS Stores in Maryland were this amazing!!

Stopped in to get some inexpensive caffeine or a 5-hour energy anything like that the store was very pleasant, clean the restrooms were spotless it made for a a pleasant stop
