the manager at this location has a very bad attitude
and she treat the customer like there are nothing for her
if she don't like her job she should quit because the way she treats me today was horrible I don't recommend coming to this location and I never coming back here I going to make sure to tell everyone I know to don't come to this CVS location so disappointed

I went to this cvs to buy a couple of things. They talked me into joining the extra care to save on the purchase. I did knowing I could cancel that day without being charged. I did cancel but was just charged $10 on my credit card. I called and they said cancelation doesn't process on same day. I said the guy sure failed to tell me this. They don't offer refunds. I complained for about 10 minutes and eventually got it credited back. But I should not have had to go thru this. I WILL NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY OVERPRICED. I WENT FOR CONVENIENCE BUT IT TURNED OUT NOT CONVENIENT. GO TO WALMART WHERE THEY CHARGED ME $2 FOR PHOTOS THAT CVS CHARGED $20 FOR.

I have gone to this cvs multiple times and it seems each time I go there’s an issue with my extra bucks printing or a coupon being accepted even though the requirements have been fulfilled. Additionally, when the extra bucks don’t print and they manually issue them, they issue them to the wrong cvs account. So when I immediately go to purchase an item with the extra bucks that were issued, they refuse to override them…even though the reason they won’t go through is because they issued them to the wrong account. Don’t go here. These people lack training.

Review: On 03/01/24, my wallet was stolen, resulting in unauthorized transactions totaling $972 at this location. Despite my efforts to notify management promptly, my experience was disappointing. The manager, identified as Bahar, displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude during my attempt to report the incident, raising concerns about the store's awareness of fraudulent activity and security measures. I want to give you a zero but hence since you were present…not productive I leave you with the one star.
