Rude and disrespectful lady, she asked him for an opinion on a product and he was incompetent to help, she was rude and in front of my son Saturday June 15 at 7.50am, here the workers are mostly incompetent, I'm not telling a lie , the reputation of the stores says it is recorded in its entirety. they should change everything

If I could leave a negative star, I would. This pharmacy messes up anything they come into contact with. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. They will have you paying an outrageous price for prescriptions that you are ACTUALLY COVERED for. They will have you calling your doctor and finding out the root cause of why your prescriptions “never made it to the pharmacy” when they HAD IT and messed up the entire process. These people need to take ownership of their mistakes and maybe implement a system to DO BETTER for their community and maybe people would entrust them enough to continue business. When I asked to speak with the manager “Damien,” he was rude and shouted at me over the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with these people. This place is a disgrace to the health care system.

Probably the most depressing CVS in Katy. Always dirty both inside and out. Oddly stocked shelves. I never used the pharmacy so I won't speak on it but yeah this place is just sad.

No wonder this CVS doesn't reach 2 stars. The pharmacy service is terrible and if you don't speak English there is no one to help you and things will be worse for you! Tabitha clearly finds it annoying to serve a Hispanic person and at that moment she passed by 2 people in the line

After CVS closed their store nearest us, this is next closest, so transferred scrips here. Yes, it’s a BUSY store, something you either accept or move on, but we have found the pharmacy staff to be very efficient, professional and courteous throughout. Recommended!
