If you wanna figuratively (and sometimes literally) wait in line for an hr every time you pick up any prescriptions, pick this CVS. This time, many people waited in the line for almost an hr (literally) and each car was getting through every 12-15 min which is just ridiculous. The worst pharmacy in town. Period. Whoever is managing this pharmacy should be fired.

This CVS pharmacy is currently operating at full capacity, impacting its ability to deliver standard customer service. Following the closure of other nearby CVS locations, the employees at this store are overwhelmed. Despite their efforts to manage the increased workload, the strain on the staff is evident.
Customers can expect a wait time of 30-40 minutes in the drive-thru, with slightly shorter wait times inside the store. However, even after receiving standard text notification that prescriptions are ready, I frequently encounter delays due to pending prior authorizations from doctors or insurance issues. It would be beneficial if the pharmacy's computer system could better integrate with real-time updates from the staff to reflect the actual status of prescriptions.
The pharmacy staff is doing their best under challenging conditions, but the current situation highlights the need for additional support and resources to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Best CVS I have found in my area. Except for construction it is easy in and out and well stocked. Like easy self check out but there's also someone standing by if I need help.

Really helped me out in a crunch, lost my meds and wasn't due for another refill until a month later. This pharmacy was able to assist and provide me with my medication. Thank you!

I went into this CVS to get syringes from the pharmacy and the lady back there met me with attitude and treated me as if I was needing the syringes for illegal use. When approaching the pharmacy desk to ask for this item, I could hear her giving her colleagues attitude. Then when she came to finally help me after she was done nagging at her colleagues she asked so many questions about what I was using it for. When answering her she interrupted and kept trying to tell me the medicine used for that syringe isn’t the kind for the medicine then continued to argue about it. She gave a dirty look and said we don’t have it and walked away. I didn’t get her name but I can describe her as an older Indian female. If she’s going to work in a customer service role she should learn how to give it and cut the bad attitude. I won’t be refilling my prescriptions there. Instead I’ll go to the next closest CVS.

Today was my first time at this CVS and it was pleasant. The associate was very helpful even though she was by herself. Sorry I didn’t get her name.

Specialty pharmacy delivered my medication to this store, all boxes were correctly labeled with my information. CVS printed out a label with a last name I hadn’t used in 15 years and my childhood address and phone number. I don’t even know how they had this information or matched it up with my medication since I’ve never used this name, address, or phone number with my doctor or insurance. My guess is old information from when I was a child. Anyway, they put my medication into a bag and stick the label with the incorrect identifying information on the bag, so when the pharmacist went to look for my medication she couldn’t find it, and I couldn’t even answer the correct ‘what’s your address what’s your phone number’ questions. I refused to leave the drive thru until my medication was found, because I had confirmation it was delivered and had the name of the person who received it (they did also say they didn’t have anyone by that name who works there). Eventually, we were able to figure out that my maiden name was on the label on the bag and the pharmacist tried blaming it on my doctor, even though the medication inside the bag was all labeled correctly. I called both my doctor and insurance and none of them had any record of my maiden name or childhood address and phone number. Every time I have to deal with this pharmacy it is a disorganized mess, I’ve never had an easy in easy out experience.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. You would be better off getting scripts from a homeless person on the side of the road.

Disorganized Pharmacy. Rude and uncaring personnel. Limited English articulation. Auto text not up to date on orders status's. The list is continuous, but I'm not.
I'm done with this outlet. I'm transferring over to the more well established CVS on Mason Road.

After having a horrible experience at the Walgreens on Franz I came here to get my vaccines. I was done and out the door in 15 minutes free of charge.
