It's been two days since my doctor sent the prescription, and the pharmacy says they didn't receive it. My doctor resent it, but out of the three medications, they received only one, and it's out of stock. I'm tired of calling them over and over again. I feel like a tennis ball being bounced between the pharmacy and the doctor's office.

This is the worst and when I say worse I mean exactly that I came here to drop off my daughters prescription on Friday April 5th when asked for her insurance card it was given so boom they couldn’t find it wow just freaking wow so I gave them a paper I received from the doctor ok he said he found it. Ok so today which is April 7th I go to pick up the prescription and what do you know no prescription lol like wow then they tell me they can’t find her insurance number information etc. so I asked to speak to the manager here she comes telling me I’m upset about something that’s normal and can happen any time. Well let me tell you something I don’t want to go to a business that’s unorganized etc this is by far the worse experience I had don’t go there to no cvs at all save your time go to Walgreens
Update 04/08/2024 soooo I go to drop my prescription off at Walgreens easy peasy no problem but when I go to pick up the medication they tell me cvs billed the insurance already but they couldn’t give me the medication this is horrible this is definitely a mess and something needs to be done about all the cvs locations because they all are horrible and unprofessional

Pharmacy manager was rude and uncooperative. She refused to refill my prescription because she didn't understand why the other pharmacy didn't have my prescription filled.. Go to Walgreens down the road for better service.

Horrible pharmacy they do not answer phones or put you on hold without ever coming back, absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had

I think the pharmacy needs more people.
Having to wait 30-40 minutes to pick up medicine makes me feel like they are not good working or need more people.
Waiting in line for 5-8 people is the worst service.

This pharmacy never answers their phone. Never. This has happened on more than one occasion. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever picked up. It's ridiculous. No option to reach the pharmacy besides go there. The app doesn't help with all refills. It doesn't allow you to even inquire. What other option do you have than to go in person? My doctor had to call in several times for a refill. Whatever system you have, it's not working.

Pharmacy needs more help. They used to be quick and helpful, no longer the case.Updated…. They put me on hold for over 45 mins, I finally hung up and drive to the store. Still rude and unapologetic.

Tried to use their coupon again it was for 30% off the self serve station kept rejecting it. These coupons are a farce.

Unfortunately this is the closest cvs pharmacy that I need to come back again as my insurance benefits. Most of the staff here are lazy, slow, unprofessional, Shreyash was quite helpful, though.
