This gym is exactly what I was looking for when I moved here 7 years ago. I not only enjoy staying in shape and the community at this gym but we are friends outside the gym too. If you’re looking for a gym that will push you to be a better you this is the place for you.

My favorite place to be is at the gym with my GonZstronG family. Brooke, the owner, is truly inspiring and always pushes me to improve, both physically and mentally. I’m grateful for the encouragement and sense of community she fosters.

Best CrossFit that I ever attended. Brooke genuinely cares about your progress and she is very motivating. The members are very supportive and most important that there is always a good atmosphere. Highly recommended
