I love this please, first of all because of Paola Cortes , she is in the community director and she is the best in the office, she actually gets things done and is the nicest person in there! She solve all type of problems! And she is always there when you need her! She makes this complex very comfy it feels like home now! And it is very important to have someone how speaks the same language as you! Because Hispanic community is growing so much and I think it is very important to have someone who Actually understands you! This place is amazing!!

We looked for an apartment for a couple of months and couldn't find one that we liked. Thanks to Paola's outstanding customer service, we found our ideal apartment with ease, She answered all of our questions and help us to make the decision. I cannot recommend Marquis Seven Meadows highly enough to anyone seeking a hassle-free rental experience.

I’m my current resident here and I will say whenever this complex changed ownership, it has gone downhill quickly. The office staff is not helpful at all and is never there. I’ve called at least 15 times since management has changed and nobody has once ever answered the phone. I’ve emailed and never received responses. And when I go into the office either nobody is there or there’s someone in the back office with the door closed to won’t come out. The only person from this company I’ve been able to speak to was a sales agent from their corporate office, who told me to hang up and try calling the office again. It blows my mind how they’re trying to run an organization without people who are willing to help the residents. Not impressed and considering moving soon.

I honestly really like my apartment here at Marquis! Thanks to the fact that the people in the leasing are very good and kind! Especially Nathalia! She is, as they say in my country, a bread of God! She solves in every way! And it is an incredible help because many of us who live here do not speak much English or we simply do not know the language and she is an immense help!! It's a relief to have Nathalia in the office!! He is a very dedicated person in his job and works in a very professional manner and is a very good person! Very grateful for all your help and for helping us the Latino community that lives in the apartments for always helping us!

This location in Katy, Tx is honestly the best kept secret. I've been here almost 3 years problem free. Paula and her staff are courteous and professional. Great family atmosphere and there all walks of life here. Schools are top notch. Come try it!

This complex used to be owned by Cortland and the management was TERRIBLE! Ever since CWS took over, the new management is wonderful & very easy to work with. Natalia is always so friendly & easy to work with. They have made some great changes & seem to have gotten control of the horrible pool noise that was an issue ever since we lived here. We were not going to renew our lease but now we have decided to stay. I also appreciate they are working to make this a safer more pleasant community. Great job CWS!

Nathalia at the leasing office was super friendly and extremely hard working. She stayed after hours single-handedly helping current and future residents. She also helped me get a great deal on my new apartment.
