Community location is very good, very close to the many stores like HEB, Aldi etc and have very good schools with bus facility which is less hassle for the working parents. Apartment rent is reasonable to compare to the nearby. Community offers good service to the residents.

Office staff are very rude and never return phone called. No emergency repair done. The yard behind bldg. #12 is sinking and water standing and bugs everywhere and trash pilling up by trash bin and the side of office / mailroom.

I’ve been here for one year and a half. I can say that this is a cozy and safe community where you can always feel attended in person and online. I recently decided to renew my rental contract. I’ll always feel grateful and happy of living over here. I highly recommend this apartment complex. You will love the swimming pool and entertainment areas, as well as the gym for fitness lovers. Besides that, your kids will love the playground.

Is a good place for live, some areas needs more gardening and maintenance and the same for the pool. The apartments are nice and with space. Staff always respond and are very nice!. I still live here and still good prices for rent.

This is a nice place to live. It is quiet and well kept. Maintenance is done quickly. The only down side is the rent increases being a retired person the rent increases are high.

I have been a resident at cornerstone ranch for 3 years and I am very satisfied with my home!! The staff and maintenance department are awesome!The property is well maintained!!

I’ve lived here almost 10 years. Apartments are affordable, nice and close to everything. Maintenance is quick. Courtney in the office is awesome. Very professional.

They were very polite and quick and put stuff back where they moved it. The maintenance responds very quickly and are quick to get things fixed around here. Update…. I think the maintenance people are very hard working. They have always been quick on anything that needs fixing. My ac wasn’t cooling for and in a few hours it was fixed. Up front are very nice and quick to get back to you. Would recommend to anyone.

Super recommended, they attend to all concerns, they are always attentive to any eventuality, the apartments are very beautiful and with very good space, 100% cleanliness, the maintenance staff very friendly and dear, I have already been living here for a year and I only have gratitude

I’ve been living at Cornerstone Ranch for four years, The staff is wonderful, Catherine the Property manager is very nice I like that she’s not untouchable if you have a problem you need to talk to her she is there for you, and maintenance they are very professional and friendly. I also like that some of the employees also live on the property. Cornerstone Ranch is a great place to live.

I am not really the one for reviews but I felt it would be unfair to not leave one after my recent experience.I have been living here for over a year now and I must admit that the new management is very understanding and kind. I felt listened to by Courtney, who not only addressed my concern with utmost professionalism but also ensured it was escalated, so there won't be any issues in the future.
