DO NOT GO HERE! On 1/11/2024 @ 4am I stopped here to buy an energy drink and put 10$ of gas in my car before I headed to work. I used the new hi tech self check out and proceeded to go outside to fill up. We the pump wasn't activated so I went back in and the cashier told me to swipe my card again. So I did. And the pump still wasn't active. I went back in to tell him to cancel the transaction because they were processed. He said they would come off. I ask tfor the receipt because I wanted to have evidence. Apparently I bought a pack aof cigarettes. The cashier seriously asked me, You didn't buy a pack of cigarettes?" I was infuriated because I'm running late now. So I gave him 10$ cash and went to pump.my gas. Well he never canceled the transaction for the 20$ he charged my card. I smell a rip off. Circle K needs to fire that employee.

My first went to circle K it was pretty good the first three times. I know I was running the circle K went to didn't really like me. Keep paying me for no reason but he didn't want to tell me I got banned from circle K so we talked to me like I had a disability. He would lie to me and say they don't accept $100 are we only accept cards we only open Sundays other liez. I didn't break any of the rules I would pay prices I wasn't rude I didn't do anything so let's baby me and lie to me like a coward. What is this guy's freaking deal I literally brought $100 we don't open on Thursdays. Please fire him he needs to be fired he is a stubborn you can give him $3,000 you still wouldn't give you your product such a freaking tool. He's just a tool bag he's a tool. Maybe because he saw I was different and had personality so he banned me I have never been so insulted in my life please fire him he will pay he will pay he's going to pay revenge I don't mind coming in with the Camera exposing him and uploading it on YouTube

I am a loyal customer at this Valero and still ended up with bad experience and got yelled at by Ms. Illa. She seems to be a very angry, sad person each time I go there and seems to look for a reason to attack me. Apparently, she found one this time. I was still nice and walked out as I did not want to cause any conflict and she is an elderly lady and I respect my elders. I go to this location often enough that I have gotten to know Joseph who has been there longest and I am sure because of his great customer service and always friendly and like-able. With my son an Eagle Scout and daughter a golden award scout girl who were taught about going green which been instilled in me. So, each time I go to Valero, I also get water from the fountain with my recycled cups. Last time, Julio, the new guy, was there and he mentioned that I need to pay for ice and cup. I did not have ice and my cup was recycled that he did not know about. Ms. Illa was there also. This time Ms. Illa jumped on me yelling at me in front of customers of taking ice and cup forFree even though I did not get ice. Of course, startled as I also ask Ms. Illa how she is doing …etc but still walked away without conflict. My Goodness Gracious !!! As many times I have given this Valero business in so many years if there were reward points I would probably have accumulated at least, $100+. Customer service is definitely not getting angry at your customers in front other customers but, at least, work with them. Joseph is too good ! He knows the art of customer service and how to keep customers coming back. I am happy to discuss this matter anytime

At 7pm today went to go try some things inside the store. I noticed a paper stating they were closed and would be right back. As I read the sign someone walked out and they had several people inside. I thought maybe they had accidentally left it up from earlier in the day. Upon entering the store the gentleman behind the register threw a tantrum stating loudly “can you not read”. A simple “we are closed I’m just taking care of these customers would have been just fine. No need to insult people for simply just seeing if it was left up by accident.

I frequent Circle Ks thanks to their Sip&Save program. I dont normally post reviews for anything chain related, and hopefully, I just happened to come to this Circle K on a bad day, but this was the worst Circle K I've been to in decades.-The restroom was unavailable.-The floor was sticky.-There was no ice for fountain drinks.-The last XL cup had a hole in it.-The fountain drinks were flat.These are all minor inconveniences in life, but I don't see all that at once at other Circle Ks. At least they had a little cooler of ice and an ice cream scoop to make up for the ice being out, but who knkws how many hands were on that scoop and just dropped back in the cooler before me. The service at the counter was fast thanks to the self check-out upgrade, so I got that going for me, which is nice. I am forgiving, but please address your problems as they arise.
