Incredibly rude woman at the front desk. She needs training in some basic customer service and telephone skills. I'll even put up with the exorbitant prices they charge if they had somewhat decent customer service. Not visiting again!

Limped up with a flat tire because I was foolish and forgot to bring a pump on my ride. Rabiab kindly helped me fix it no charge no questions asked. Uncommonly kind for the time and location.

So happy I found this shop! I was looking for an adult tricycle so I could bring my little dog along and also use the basket for toting things around! I also wanted something upright so it's easy on my bad back. It's such a comfortable trike so I know I'll get lots of use out of it! Cat (the owner) and her husband are so knowledgeable and prices are fantastic for the value. I did my dudiligence and shopped and this place is by far the best! If you need anything for your bike service or if you're looking to purchase a new one, you've found the place!! Thank you Cool Cat! I love my new trike!!

It’s surprising to see positive reviews about this place. Took bike for brake adjustment and all they did was expanded pads and returned with the problem I had. So, after paying them $40+ for this “adjustment” I need to take my bike someone more knowledgeable. In addition to staff’s lack of core knowledge, the owner should send their staff to a basic customer communication training as with their rudeness, they can’t be in the market.

The one star is for the technician that works there, he is extremely rude and he is not willing to help you if you are not a friend of the store or if the service you need is a bit beyond his comfort zone, I met the lady owner as well, she is very nice and knowledgeable and care of your business and the store looks very nice as well.There is also an older gentleman who works there, he is very nice and willing to help.

We called yesterday to ask the price for new tubes for our grandchild’s bicycle. We were quoted $10 per tube + $10 per tube for installation if you dropped the bike off and picked it up later. If you wanted to wait for installation the price is $10 per tube more. We brought the bike in and said we would come back to pick it up. The salesperson said he did not have room for us to leave the bike and could we wait for installation. We had no problem waiting. When we went to pay, the man charged us the extra $10 per tube “wait” fee! When I reminded him that he asked us to wait, he said he would still charge the fee. We felt this was not goodwill.

Fool me once, shame on me. "How bad could it be?", I thought, wanting to support a small local business, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and glad to share what they know- but I should have asked before having my tires changed. $20- EACH -for mounting tires to rims. When reflecting on the charge, the owner cited the work was performed during the final hour of their business day. No word was spoken about doubling the rate at the time the service was provided.

If you’re having a great day and want to balance it out with a complete turnoff then check out cool bikes. The female owner was so rude I see why the other bike shops were backed up…while this place can take your business so long as you liked to be talked over and they want to sell you a service package before they are even willing to hear your bike issues. I asked the lady owner to listen to my issue first and she just talked even louder stating she is the owner and can speak however she wants to to anyone. This is the first bike shop in West Houston where the customer must come last If she was not the owner, most any company would need to fire her. Of course courtesy, politeness, listening and valuing a customer is not as popular as it used to be.

Nice folks and got to fix my deflated bikes very easily and efficently. They also taught us how to our bikes when they saw us struggle riding it. We would definetly come back when we have another problem, and highly recommend people.

I've been here a couple times and the owner has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and gives personal tips and recommendations on how to use various products, such as how to best use the tire repair kit I recently purchased.
