Incredibly rude woman at the front desk. She needs training in some basic customer service and telephone skills. I'll even put up with the exorbitant prices they charge if they had somewhat decent customer service. Not visiting again!

Limped up with a flat tire because I was foolish and forgot to bring a pump on my ride. Rabiab kindly helped me fix it no charge no questions asked. Uncommonly kind for the time and location.

The owner Kat was knowledgeable on which bike to choose for kids, the pros and cons.. we got a good picture, thanks for sharing so many tips with us..!!
