“I was recommended to donate my clothes to this agency since I don’t like Goodwill nor Salvation Army anymore. They must have had a big drop over the weekend because the outside bins were full. They have a doorbell and responded quickly. The customer service was friendly. My only moment was that she didn’t ask if I needed a donation receipt.”
“The place lives up to its name. The people here are so kind and helpful, the folks they help are really good hearted and usually just down on some luck. There is no amount of words that can sum up just how greatfull I am for the help they gave me, without Hope Impacts - Fry road would be a terrible place. Tina is an amazing person, and her crew there shares her passion for helping others while giving you a way out of whatever you're dealing with.”
“The Ballard House is a beautiful facility for those needing a place to stay during medical treatment. Facility has a large modern kitchen and dining area. It also provides lodging areas. Outside are tables and a water feature. I served as a volunteer.”
“This YMCA is great. I really like the open space on the second floor with a variety of workout machines and free weights. Lots of natural lighting all around and always clean. The staff is very friendly.”

They coordinate with other organizations to combine efforts when needed. Attend a breakfast event or a fundraiser event. Make a difference. Enjoy the fellowship.”

“I don’t leave reviews often but the old man with glasses and a cap was attentive and kind-hearted. He brought out the cart before I could even walk in the store. We exchanged few words but his actions really showed me that he more than deserved this review”
“Spring cleaning brought about a pickup truck load of usable household items and some gently used clothing. The staff at the center unloaded our pickup for us and provided a receipt for our donation. They seem very organized and the store was well merchandised and clean.”
“The people at Goodwill are so awesome! I understand that they have A LOT of work sometimes because they do receive A TON of donations, but I have found so many of the employees to be of good spirit. My family has dropped off many items over the years, and they have taken them gladly.”
“Great gym. Has lots of machines and weights that you can use. Very helpful for gaining muscle or losing weight, whatever you want to do. Has a Bible in the lobby area to support Jesus Christ. Great life guards that are good at their jobs. Very kid friendly and has a kid area while you work out or need to go and do stuff. Lots of tree mills. Many classes for your enjoyment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to others.”
