Staff was friendly… We booked because of the location. When we entered our room the first thing we noticed was that it was DIRTY! Mattresses were yellow, walls were smudged, bathroom disgusting, couch worn and had stains. There was visible bed bugs!! We asked for a refund and was offered another room. The friendly staff called the owner she told us we could not get a refund. Do not stay here!!!

The room was magnificent! The cleanliness and decor were on point. Other hotels should follow their lead and use all white linens, including comforters and laminate for the floors that can be easily mopped and sanitized. I took off a point for the service because my TV didn't work and it took a long time for them to finally agree to give me another room instead of "waiting for a call from DirectTV". Good luck with that..LOL Also, they should hire a friendlier person for the front desk. At check out I was standing right in front of her while she looked at her phone for a ridiculous amount of time. I just gave up and walked away. HELLO this is America! We want our fake pasted on smile and ridiculously cheery voice. Get with the plan. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. The rooms were clean, as was the entire facility even though they are undergoing renovations. Highly recommend.Rooms: Rooms were modern, up to date and appeared clean.Safety: I felt safe for myself and my vehicle.Food & drinks: Nice little snack bar by the front desk

Great staff very friendly and professional rooms are up dated. They are under construction at the moment doing some remodeling but they are keeping it out of sight. Which is nice the prices are reasonable and the hotel as a whole is clean.Safety: Gate all the way around the property no worries about theft or any crime really no wonder through traffic or speeding cars rushing by every few seconds. Seclusion in the middle of Katy.

Everything is perfect ?. Only the attitude of the cleaning ladies who don't even do their job well and want to do everything when you are occupying the resting places. After reading the reviews I didn't want to stay but to my surprise they were all false!!!!I stay in Comfort suites for the points u can get free rooms and I stay from new jersey to Oregon to here. The people are extremely nice!! Well help with anything with a smile!! I believe family owned! It's very quiet here! Good adminities and prices. Good location walking distance to anywhere. If I could give this place a 10 star I would it's been a perfect stay! I recommend to anyone and will!!!

We booked this hotel last minute due to a bad experience at another Comfort Inn close by in Katy, TX. We had to get a room in the middle of the night at 1am and this was the closest.The check in process was smooth and service is great. I would definitely stay here again. The management is really courteous and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were clean and renovated. Overall I liked this hotel .

The location is the only thing good about this place. There was a leak in our bathroom so I asked to switch rooms so someone wasn't in and out of my room while I was gone. I was told it would be a 3 hr wait to get into another room. When I told them that would not work and I was already late they said they could get me a room on the other end of the building but at check in the other man told me that end wasn't as nice. I guess it's being remodeled and that ends not finished, so moving to that end wasn't going to work either. The guy at the front was not at all concerned about my time or my inconvenience. I will not ever come back here and I do not suggest anyone else stay here either. Choice needs to look into the service and the actual building I guess because this is below standard. I tried to call corporate but it just picked up and hung. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I just wanted a nice Christmas with my brother and his family.Noteworthy details: Not worth staying here

I am very happy with this hotel . It was really amazing and the guests service is great . The rooms are spacious and updated. Great area close to the 99freeway and it has a lot of food places near by .Rooms: Love the roos because they are clean and spacious.

The staff is really rude! The cleaning ladies are horrible, they steal and have an attitude when you ask for anything! They don't clean well and are lazy and nosey and they steal!
