I always have a problem with this bank. Idk if it's the bank itself or the lazy employees, that just don't want to help you. They always have an attitude and are just plain rude most of the time. It makes me think that it is just the bank because I've had problems at multiple other locations. My other Banks and credit Unions would never!

I’ve been banking at Comerica for years. I think the staff there does an outstanding job. Dealing with the public, especially money matters... is stressful, but the employees at this branch on Mason make it seem easy. Thank you Tina and Cookie for all you do for me.

My wife and I have banked here for over 30 years and has always receive excellent service and they know us by name when we walk in the door. Brett and team are the greatest and we recommend this branch to anyone

Rude people working there, we have business account, have many fees every month and when you want to withdraw money, they make you wait for a long time, not good for small businesses

Brett DeShazo has taken care of our personal and business accounts for several years now. He delivers on his promises and makes sure he goes the extra mile in taking care of you way after the accounts are opened. We could be banking closer to our home or business, but we don't mind as long as Brett is handling all of our accounts!

I went to cash a check given to me by one of their clients for $267.00, the teller, which was not customer service friendly, check the act, which is normal, check the signature which it’s ok for the protection of the acct holder but when you still have to go and get manager, that’s where is messed up. This was my child support check given by my ex. I had my legal current ID and presented a second ID, and treat me like a criminal because I don’t have an acct with them. WELL NEVER WILL GET AN ACCT WITH THIS BANK, careful, they have horrible customer service

I've had the pleasure of opening accounts with Mr. Brett DeShazo and no matter how simple or complicated my transactions are, he is always available to take care of it. I enjoy doing banking the good old fashion way, person to person, Mr. DeShazo is by far half my age, but very personable and professional.
