I have always been a big fan of Cole Haan, but unfortunately I cannot continue visiting this store due to the behavior of a female manager. She is disrespectful and mistreats customers. Such conduct is unacceptable and unworthy of a managerial position. It’s disappointing because I truly admire this brand.

I had a bad experience at this store. The quality of the shoes is good, but the cashier Matthew here was very rude and no one asked me for help when I walked in. All the cashiers were very rude to me ESPECIALLY Mathew.

I came into buy a shoe for myself and the way that the female employee was talking unprofessionally and making rude facial expressions while i was selecting between options and making a decision really put me off. I no longer wanted to buy in-store due to this employee's behavior. I will likely order the shoe online instead.

Really everything to do with Customer Service and location, and not the product. Since I’ve been an educator and found that CH honors educators with a much needed discount, I found great value in using it in locations whenever I am in need of shoes as there are none near where I live.Drove across town today to purchase a product and because it is weekend and not after work, I happened to not have my ID (which has happened countless times before) but knowing the ID is just for a visual check. Never a scan, no numbers taken from it or anything just confirmation you are in fact a current employee to which countless others have counted as verification.) I offered to show them the current campus website with my picture and name on it, as well as a check stub from my most recent paycheck from my email.Before I could finish the sentence to ask, it was like they were gleefully ready to say no not considering any accommodations just to make a customer happy. The method I was giving for their visual check, was more reliable than seeing a work badge. The whole point is the customer proving that they are a current employee to which I could prove if they cared enough verify.I understand the protocols, but seriously could’ve easily made a customers experience that much better, but seemingly took great joy in saying no and not even considering another means to verify that would actually be more accurate and acceptable for their required visual confirmation.The visit was this evening at about 6:15 PM. All that to say. Got a fraction of what I would have gotten, but left highly displeased and very likely will utilize the other more friendly locations going forward.

I have been looking everywhere for a pair of tan/beige shoes which are incredibly hard to find this time of year. Decided to stop in, saw a cute pair but they were black. Nice young lady named Shelby informed me that they had the shoes in beige in the clearance section. Didn't see my size, but Shelby noticed one pair on the top shelf in my size. Shelby got a step ladder and got them down for me. They were perfect. Thanks to Shelby my search is over.

Walked into this store last Friday morning, I was the only customer in there, for the entire time I was there the store attendant didn't even look up once from his phone or acknowledged me in any way, shape or form. I walked out of course.

Best Shoe Buying experience!I went to this store back in February 8th, 2023. I went during my lunch break, and was able to make it back to work with time to spare. I went in thinking that there was not anything in the store that I could afford, but decided to look anyway.The sales person attending me was Reniesha. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and told me that if I need help with anything just to let her know. I looked around for a bit, then went back to the front counter to ask if she had any brown dress shoes in my size. Reniesha showed led me to brown shoes that were exactly my size.There were mini disposable socks for you to put before trying on a pair of shoes. Maybe it was because I had not been to a department store to buy shoes in a very long time, but I thought this was great. There were also lots of mirrors located throughout the store so you can walk around and see how the pair of shoes fit.When it was time to checkout, Reniesha convinced me to open an account and save up to 10% on my purchase (on top of what I was already saving!)This was one of my best shoe buying experiences. I highly recommend this outlet store because of their amenities and friendly staff.

Let me start by saying one name..."RENIESHA"!!! She was the absolute greatest. She was the only employee in the store and still managed to give myself and 3 of my colleagues the ultimate shopping experience.Reniesha, was extremely courteous, attentive and professional. We only had limited time (because it was our lunch hour) but she was instrumental in helping us find all that we were looking for and more.Most importantly, we made it back to work on time with a super satisfactory Cole Haan experience. Thank you again Reniesha!!!

The employee working on 8/18 must not have wanted to make any commission..? My husband and I went in there around 6:30 and he said “hi” - that’s it. My husband was looking to spend $$ on some shoes and a few other things. He went back to make a purchase after taking our daughter to the arcade, this dude didn’t even acknowledge him and downright avoided him all together. Do better - yikes.

I bought a pair of shoes on 8/30/22 from Joshau. He ordered themonline. They did not fit. He refuses to order me a new pair. I WOULKD NEVER USE THIS STORE OR SALESMAN. They promise you the world to get your money,. The worst customer service in the Katy Mills Mall. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
