Conflicted on this review. The place is large and has a unique selection of clothes, baby clothes and gifts. But…. There was no greeting when I walked in, no feeling of welcome and warmth. I did purchase two very cute outfits. They had a lot of charming and fun gift ideas, I probably would return.

Tried to exchange a gift given to me for my Birthday. Never have I been to the store before. Trina (lady who works there) asked me “Do you know about our return policy” with an attitude. I said “No I’ve never been in this store the gift was for my birthday and I’m not trying to get money back just exchange. Then another lady working there was inspecting the top over and over like she was going to find some damage clearly tags were still on and receipt attached to tag. I asked for the top back clearly they weren’t going to let me exchange it and was handed it back with an attitude. I asked for owners contact information and the two ladies who were working there for their names. This is terrible customer service especially because I have never stepped foot in the store before and it was a gift given to me. Trying to support a small local business and then treated like a thief.

I came in yesterday and the owner immediately made me feel unwelcome. She asked me what she could help me with and after saying I was just looking right now she gave me a very sassy response and eye roll. Not a good way to run a business, horrible customer service.

Cute store and the sales associate, Tanya, was very help full in picking out a gift for my daughter. I will definitely shop there again.

Something was left on the floor and my wife fell. No one was trying to sue. The manager was more concerned about letting us know the floor was not wet and not the fault of the store. Maybe we just trip a lot.

I love this store! I do not live in the same area, let alone the same state but I had the best experience. I basically placed my order through a facebook post the store had posted. She was friendly, helpful and the item came better than even expected for the great price. With extremely fast shipping and adorable packaging. I will definitely recommend this store. They offer the cutest monogram options, you can't get anywhere. I cannot wait to make my next purchase! Thank you CS!

We got us a Karen everybody!!!!!!!!! I'd highly recommend staying away from this place. I had the pleasure of running into the owner today. Boy, was it interesting. When your customers come to your place to help you out, I'd recommend NOT getting in their face. There's more reviews coming!!! You def don't make the Top10 List of businesses in this city.

I called three times only to b hung up on. I was going to let u know your curbside sign is typed wrong. But as a typical liberal in Cinco Ranch I wouldnt expect anything more than your rudeness. Covid has made all these companies going mad.

What a ripoff!! I bought this yesterday for $95 and was suspicious because I've bought things over priced from them before and look what I found, it's $45 in many designs exact same bracelet and designer. Shop at Cobblestone Cottage at your own risk!
