The disgusting middle aged Muslim man that runs this store likes to be bold and flirt with 14 y/o girls. My daughter who has braces and was wearing a school uniform went in to get a snack (her grandfather let her?!?). This POS starts telling her how pretty she is and winking at her. Even after my daughter told him how old she was, the sick freak was not deterred. Without lies Islam dies.

I went to refuel there, one of the pumps charged me $125 from my shell service station card without authorization. I went to the checkout to find out what's going on there and the staff there didn't help me, they took me out of there.

The WORST customer service. The clerk was too busy talking on his phone to help me. He continued to have his phone conversation without saying a word to me. He made a mistake on my item but wouldn't admit it or say "sorry" and NEVER acknowledged that I was even there. VERY SLOW, VERY LAZY, VERY RUDE CLERK. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again. 4 months later a me and a friend encountered the same poor service. The lazy man checking out his items was totally disinterested in his job. Once we put the items on the counter to be checked, the clerk decided he would break a roll of quarters to delay even acknowledging we were there. He then looked around the store to see if there was anything else he could do. Store was filthy, isles were blocked, and the clerks are mentally handicapped and worthless. This store should be closed.

Their gas pumps do not work, tried to get diesel at two different pumps (1 & 8) swiped my card and removed the nozzle, but both times the diesel fuel select button does not register a push. So can not get fuel. Now my card is flagged for suspicious activity because I tried using it two times in a row and it's after 5pm so now I have to hope I have enough fuel left to make it home. Absolute BS from a shell gas station. Do better!

You should not have to tell someone 5 times “$20 on 16” because they’re on the phone and speak extremely little English…..still had to go back in because they put $16 on 20……

These people are rude and unprofessional. My son walked from his school to purchase a drink. Upon purchasing, the clerk snatched the beverage from his hands and said he could not purchase unless he met their credit card minimum. I understand the minimum, but do you have to snatch it from your customer's hands? Really? This is you level of service? This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. Keep driving to the next gas station people.
