I’m This place has gone way down hill.I use to know the owners really well. Stopped by here once a day, for 10 years. Now there is a new ownership. Everybody that works there is very rude, especially at night. Cashier (bald guy) was squatting outside, smoking a cigarette, right in front of the entrance, sees me come in, goes up to the cash register and tells me, he can’t sell me anything because they close soon. It was 11:45pm and they close at midnight.Change your hours, then! You wasted my time. Lost my business.I told him that I would just go somewhere else and he said that was “fine” … they must not want business … 10 years squashed ?♂️Most items are expired now as well!

The short, fat little cashier was extremely rude, aggressive and tried to start a fight with me. I just stopped to heat my lunch and get a drink but he started insulting me. He tried to charge me 5 dollars to heat my lunch. I was going to pay him but he started. to insult me and say bad words to me If you support this place, I would advise against it, because I do not support hostile foreigners.

Pretty fine is you are just looking for a quick grab on drink or snack. But if you are looking for gas, forget about it. Just about every pump is out of order and if you happens to find one that’s open; think again because these pumps are SLOW. You’ll be waiting outside for minutes just waiting for your tank to fill up just a little bit while it smells like someone used the bathroom at the pump.

Cinco Ranch Express knowingly sells expired products INTENTIONALLY TO POISON us, our kids and our elders who are less likely to check an expiration date and get away with it!!! I asked the cashier if he would feed his kids expired candy and he said no, but it’s okay to sell expired goods to other kids. These people are out of their minds and should be criminally charged!!! 08/09/23

Little short fat cashier was extremely rude, aggressive, and tried to start a physical altercation with my friend and I who were just making a simple purchase. He was asked a question and thats when the hostility began, literally for no reason. If you support this place, I'd advise against it, because I don't support hostile foreigners.

Been a regular for years, but today, I went to get a beer, and the cashier was very rude and hostile while he was asking me for the information on it,which I complied, I muttered “why do you have to be so rude” as I was leaving, and he stormed outside threatening a fight, and yelling at me asking what I said. Save yourself the stress of coming here, horrible people, it’s over priced, and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Least friendly customer service I've ever had. The owner tossed my id back and threw my change down on the counter. Wasn't the least bit rude to the guy. If you hate your job, or hate owning a convenience store, then find something else to do. Not my problem you're wasting your life here on a sunday night.

DO NOT GET THEIR MILK!!! The milk here is awful. I had it with my cereal one time and it tasted expired which it wasn't expired.
