Came here to meet some friends. Good cigar selection, and the bar area is nice. My biggest complaint is you must provide a credit card to run a tab, and there is no large TV for sports watching. Drinks are a little pricey, but the bartendars know how to make 'em. I will return. If i could change any thing, it would be that staff needs to check the lighters to insure they work, and it would be classy to have smoking jackets. Other than that this place is a great little paradise.

I enjoy CI of Katy. The bartenders are well-versed with great attitudes. The guy in the humidor is informed, and I can ALWAYS find my favorite blends. It's a great atmosphere and a great crowd.

I've been here for 30 mins not one of the staff members have greeted me or even acknowledged me. Haven't been told "I'll be with you in a second" or anything. I came to this establishment to have a cigar and a drink but the bar manager has yet to come to the table I'm sitting at which is right by the bar and snack area. Walked by me numerous times. Manager was on his phone while I was waiting to be served. I believe this is unacceptable by someone who is supposed to be in management.

Personally, since moving to Houston/Katy I've been searching for a cigar lounge that has excellent selections, great friendly customer service, and knowledgeable staff. It doesn't hurt that it's conveniently located off i10 just outside Katy Mills Mall. The Manager Reid is the utmost example of what a manager should be: Helpful, attentive, cordial, and treats everyone with respect. Tony in the humidor is also an excellent example of what customer service should be, and possess less a deep knowledge for the finest sticks available on the market. Happy to have these two gentlemen essentially be the pillars of this very welcomed establishment. Okay, headed to Cigar International NOW!

Best Cigar spot in the Katy/Houston area. I spend at least 4 to 5 days a week there. Mr. Reid and his staff of professionals makes the best cocktails and the prices are fair and reasonable. The customer service is second to none. It’s a family friendly atmosphere and I will recommend CI Katy to anyone moving to the Houston/Katy area! This is the best place for cigars and cocktails! Try out the banana nut bread old fashion! One of my favorites!

I'm so glad to have a CI shop close to home, here in Katy. They have an amazing selection in their humidor, along with great specials. The esthetics are very nice, not to mention the comfortable leather chairs and ample tv's. To top it off, they have a full service bar, which is a plus. The bar manager Reid is top notch, always willing to make sure you have a great time. He has the bar and staff running very smoothly. He is definitely an asset!!!! I look forward to every visit. Class act location!

We didn't have any food, but the ambiance is great! Would definitely recommend it. We will be back. The guys selling the cigars are awesome! Bartender super friendly and patient.

Wendell is awesome. Weather you’re a seasoned cigar smoker or a rookie just starting out he can help guide ya to find the perfect cigar for you. Lots of options and very reasonable pricing. The ladies behind the bar are great too. Very fast and always smiling.

Love going to CI, great selection of cigars, the team is fantastic. Great attention from the bar staff. The seating is comfortable, and people are friendly.No food is served maybe some appetizers could be a good idea

One of the best places to open in the SW Houston area - Katy, Texas. Super chill lounge with terrific staff and the ULTIMATE selection of cigars anywhere! A weekly haunt of mine and a must visit if you love cigars, a great chill vibe and full bar!

I've been here twice and each time it's been a good experience. I did know they had food, but I'm vegan so chances are they don't have vegan options. But anyway I went for the cigars and to have a drink. I will definitely be back. Staff in the cigar store are so helpful.Dietary restrictions: Vegan finger food would be great here. Buffalo cauliflower bites, BBQ sliders made with jackfruit or mushrooms, vegan cheese burgers and french fries. Crispy tofu bites
